My husband and I were in search of a larger vehicle to better accommodate our family. With two adults and two children in car seats, our Toyota Tacoma was no longer practical.
After an extensive search for a newer (but not brand new) Honda Pilot with leather seats, I came across one at Audi Millburn. I connected with Francisco, and after speaking with him, we decided to make the 2.5-hour trip to New Jersey to see the vehicle in person. We were working within a strict budget, and Francisco went above and beyond to ensure we found exactly what we were looking for while staying within our means.
Our experience with Francisco at Audi Millburn was truly exceptional and seamless from start to finish. I highly recommend working with him if you’re in the market for a quality used vehicle.

Friendly service personalities but they’ll rob you if you’re not on point.
Audi Millburn went out of the way to manufacture reasons to invalidate my Audi purchased tire & wheel insurance. Essentially gave me the run around on claim pre-approval because the warranty provider is closed Saturday. They could clearly see it was a valid Audi plan. Why not put a hold on my card and release it ALL when the claim cleared Monday?
Long story short, they forced me to pay out of pocket and submit a manual reimbursement. All that is fine, but the warranty doesn’t cover taxes and Audi Millburn to refund taxes they KNEW I should have never paid. I formally requested it, and they only gave a service credit for the amount they stole from me. Shady business.
Never ever ever had a problem like this with BMW. Make sure you’re ALL the way on point before they start playing with your time and money.

Francisco was perfection. First time I can actually say I genuinely trust a car salesman. He is kind, patient and the furthest from what is usually expected. Never was aggressive or pushy. He gave you time to think and never overbearing . His mannerism gave space for one to feel the trust . I was never concerned if I needed to question him,. He sets such a calm and truth worthy environment, It immediately felt right. I am driving away today with an Audi Q7 and I could not be happier. Thank you Audi and thank you Francisco simply for being you and making this experience stress free and easy. I highly recommend Millburn Audi and Value Cars.

I contacted Audi Millburn because they had the used car I was looking for (Land Rover Discovery) in nearly new condition (12K miles), but at a price above my budget. I saw some of the negative reviews regarding certain sales and service experiences, but I also saw all the positive reviews regarding Francisco Rojas. I contacted Francisco and told him where I needed to be financially and he worked with me diligently, professionally and respectfully. He sent me videos of the car, collected all the details, promptly answered all my questions and got me to my desired price point. I saw the car in person for the first time when I went to make the purchase a few days later and it was exactly as Francisco described. if you're considering buying a used (or new) car from Audi Millburn, do yourself a favor and ask for Francisco Rojas. I found him to be a man of integrity.

My experience at this Audi dealership was horrible. I took my Q7 there for a simple wheel alignment which led to them keeping my truck overnight. Before doing so I never received notice that they would be keeping it. I had to go there just before closing to be told that. After paying $300 my wheel alignment is still off with my truck drifting to one side. Brand new suspension and tires might I add .I’m very disappointed about this because i wasted money going here and my problem still exists. Now I have to go elsewhere to resolve it and spend more money.

My husband and I visited Audi of Millburn regarding an engine oil-burning concern with our Q7. The vehicle was in their service department multiple times, and during each visit, communication was extremely poor. At one point, we had a loaner for six weeks while our vehicle sat with little to no updates, despite being told it was being serviced. When the vehicle was finally returned to us, it was filthy and hadn’t even been given a car wash.
The lack of communication and follow-up made addressing the issue far more difficult. In addition, the service department’s leadership provided unethical and unreasonable advice, and there was no clear escalation process for unresolved concerns. It felt like there was a lot of talk but no real action taken to resolve the problem.
If you’re looking for a service center with strong communication, consistent follow-up, and ethical work practices, Audi of Millburn is not the place.
We will never purchase an Audi again. When we contacted Audi Corporate, the experience was just as disappointing—they lacked basic information about our case and had to call the dealership for details they should have already had. They have lost our business permanently, and we will be sharing our experience with friends and family as well.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Leo Yam, GSM at Audi. From the very beginning, Leo was honest, transparent, and truly went above and beyond to help me get the exact car I wanted, at the price I wanted.
As someone who works in the car business myself, I’ve seen it all. I had a “broker” trying to make a deal with me, but something felt off, the whole situation was shady. I even had another dealership trying to match the pricing Leo had given me, but nobody came close to his professionalism, integrity, or work ethic. Leo didn’t play games; he simply delivered.
He found me the car I loved, made the entire process stress-free, and treated me with real respect from start to finish. His product knowledge is unmatched, and what impressed me most is how available he is before and after the sale. He checked in, made sure everything was perfect, and genuinely cared that I was happy with my purchase.
If you’re buying an Audi, do yourself a favor and go straight to Leo. Exceptional customer service, honest guidance, and someone who will fight to get you exactly what you’re looking for. Truly the best experience I’ve had. Highly, highly recommend!

Amazing customer service! Everyone is very nice and helpful. Francisco Rojas who was the one that helped us during the process it was quick, easy and made our time there very enjoyable. The prices are fair and they really take the time to hear your wants and needs. I definitely recommend this place and ask for Francisco!
