“I have to honestly say that when visiting the Dollar Tree in Roselle, I saw something amazing. A customer asked my mom, who works at the Dollar Tree, to help her pick up some decorations for her apt., which was small and her $$ was low. My mom suggested a few items and the lady was so happy that she asked my mom for a hug. My mom is 75 yrs old and has to work to be able to pay her bills. She has always been a hard worker and has gone above and beyond to make sure her kids were taken care. I wish I could help her financially but I myself am on a fixed income. With that said, my mom's English is not great (and yes she is a citzen, we are from Puerto Rico) but she loves to help ppl out. I hate that she has to work til late sometimes, as I fear that she may get robbed or hurt. However, it's nice to see when customers appreciate her dedication and love for what she does. Most often, she is having to ask customers not to make a mess after she worked long and hard (with her hands that hurt). Ppl sometimes can be mean and it's times like this that make me think that there are still good ppl in the world. Thank you to the customer who thought enough to make my mother's day a little brighter!!”

“I was in the area for a doctors appointment and drove past this store with a parking lot that was full. Immediately I knew, this place must be poppin! 😆 I went in for 2 things but you all know how this ended….$47.77 later and 2 bags, I scratched my good find itch real good! I was there in the morning great time. Never seen a store so neat in NJ. Lots of working hard staff keeping things in order and clean. Most of the viral stuff is here and they even had the next 3 holidays decor stocked! The line can be long but it wasn’t when I checked out. I took as many photos and video as I could to show you, the manager is not playing with stocking this store at all! It was worth the trip and I live 20 mins away but I will be back for sure.”

“I literally went to the dollar tree and didn't know where anything was. The setup is quite different than the one in Philadelphia. However, the Store Manager/Associate (Kareema) was so helpful and concerned to assist me. She was busy and still excluded time to help me. Usually in the city everyone is so receptive to chaos but she was so calm. There's a thousand Dollar Trees but I'll only remember this one which Kareema contributed to, the lady just had a good soul and hospitality about herself. So thankful and appreciative of the help, time, and great customer service that Kareema provided to me and my daughter. Thanks to Kareema and Dollar Tree!”

“They are not charging extra sales tax, there is a 3% surcharge on credit cards. Most people buy 1 or 2 items and that's usually 3$ . Imagine if they had to absorb the fee the credit card companies charge them,,,,, they would be out of business. Wake up people before you accuse people of theft.”
“When I went in, I was looking for Pokémon cards. There some a few staff restocking the shelves and they looked busy. I ended up going to the cashier. Waited for a couple of minutes and then a nice girl greeted me saying that she’s ready. I asked her if they have Pokémon cards. She says they just sold out the morning of. I asked her if she might know when they would get it restocked. She recommended to check back once a week. She seemed helpful and friendly.”
“Love, this store . But I'm concerned the homeless guy that lives outside is creating an unpleasant environment. He sits there smoking weed, and asking people for money. My children were scared of him because he wants to call out to them in a creepy way.Why is he there? Why is he living free on private property for years now? He is not a good look to the store nor the stores around.”

“As you can find at most Dollar Tree locations this place has everything. Shipping something? They've got everything you need besides the box. Creating something? Plenty of crafts. Decorating for the season? They've got stuff! ....and since I was a kid the dollar store is always great for something for kids.”
