“Good Gym, but it’s more for beginners, the weight stacks are to light, people in the gym don’t train with enough intensity and it’s always quiet in there. Personally I would stick to doing Pilates as it allows you to tone more and put on size without getting bulky.”
“I really wish I lived in Maplewood just to take these classes 🥹 I’ve never felt more uplifted and happy to exercise. Time flys by so fast !! Everyone is beyond sweet and the energy is a 1000/10 the teachers are absolutely amazing 😻 can’t wait to come back”
“Tim is, in short, AMAZING! I went to see him bc I was having issues with my right shoulder brought on by overuse/strain. He was recommended to me as a shoulder expert and someone to go see before I went to a very expensive orthopedist. I had no idea what to expect because I wasn't sure what was wrong with me--but I was in a great deal of pain. I was with him for less than four minutes when I was already diagnosed and he set to work on loosening my adhesion. He worked it out a handful of minutes later, gave me stretches to do at home to loosen up the surrounding muscles and sent me off feeling almost totally better within the hour. I can't say enough good things! Run don't walk to Tim! :-)”
“I joined CKO in Maplewood about 4 months ago. I had done a fair amount of Muay Thai in the past and wanted to get back in to it so I gave CKO a try. I could not be happier that I did. George is amazing. His coaching, his motivation and his music selection are all incredible. Sometimes I feel like he know the exact beat when he gives us a combination to work on, it just flows . It is a great work out, a greet sweat and it you walk out clear headed and calm . There is no better way to start a day. I have taken classes with Patty and Renee as well, both of which were awesome as well.
On top of all of that, the people, the members are incredibly kind and supportive. I am so glad that I found CKO maplewood. It is a gem.”
