**Note that response blames insurance company and me, like all their responses to poor reviews. How do insurance companies regulations prevent them from picking up the phone and letting a customer know their car will be (much) longer to fix?
I had used these guys in the past and everything has been good. But the last time I had work done here was very different. The job took weeks longer to do than I was originally told, and the communications from the shop was very poor. Despite telling me they would call to let me know progress was made, they never did and I had to call them multiple times to get info about the job. When the car was finally done, the windows would not roll down -- they had not reconnected all the necessary wiring. Not a big deal, but annoying.
But then things got worse: I received a survey from my insurance company asking about my experience. I answered honestly and gave poor ratings. Several months later, willing to give the shop another chance given the fact that this one experience was not in line with what I had experienced previously, I called about getting another estimate. When I did, they told me that my review had "caused them a lot of problems" and said I should find a different repair shop. Rather than try to do a better job for a long-time customer, they told me they didn't want by business.
So -- beware. This is apparently no longer a shop that cares about serving customers well, preferring to blame them for their own poor communication and work. Do like I did, and find another place.

They did amazing work on my 2024 audi a4. Guy at front desk was super friendly and they charge with honesty! Super nice people and amazing work! Definitely recommend. 5/5

My Audi A5 have been under repair with Millburn Ave. Collision for over 8 weeks. The car is in for a rear-end collision repair and I am insured by GEICO. I have gotten receipts from GEICO showing that they have paid them to conduct repairs and the repairs are constantly delayed. They told me the car would be completed within 2 weeks 3 weeks ago, and the car is still undergoing repair. When the car was initially brought in on 09/04/24, they also stated it would take about 2 weeks to fix. I visited early October and they again told me they would need 2 more weeks. I have an ultimatum with them for Nov 8th-15 to get the car completed, if they complete the repairs by then, I will update my review to 3 stars.
Edited 11/8/24: Will and Bill explained that they were down a mechainc and that's what led to the delay with my car. We worked out a plan to get the car done as early as possible and I was able to pick it up before the middle of November. The best part is, the car looks brand new and they detailed the car as well. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Great place if you are looking for auto body repairs. The people were all helpful and friendly. When my car was returned it was like new and fully detailed, clean is an understatement. They seem to have all nice cars in the shop and mostly Audi which says something about the caliber of their workmanship. They may not be cheap but they are one of the best out there.

Stopped in to get an estimate for repairs. The two guys where were very rude and dismissive. The one guy who I believe manages or maybe owns it can't recall his name (maybe Tony?). He was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Definitely won't be returning there, nor do I recommend anyone else patronize them.Be leary of any of their good reviews as I found the yelp reviews was fake and sure they have fake Google too as some of the ppl not even in the state

***Beware the good reviews of this place is fake. If you look at the profiles, the pics are the same, and they dont have any other revies on their page. They did great work with my repairs. The car looks like nothing ever happened. The paint job is superb.

After a front-side fender bender, the car literally came back like new. They were to the point, super responsive, and incredibly clear on costs. They also worked through Geico and everything went (actually) pretty smooth which I am not used to. They also cleaned the car and added a little shine to the tires which was a really nice way to hand the car back off.Services: Painting

This place destroyed my car I had body work done there they took my car apart and didn’t put it back together the correct way they forgot to put the original emblems back on my car they broke my sensors that warm me of incoming traffic they over charged my insurance company and they messed up my electrical systems when I complained about it they said they fixed my car two years ago when it was just last year they sent me to Summit Ford we’re I paid six thousand dollars to have my car repaired from the mistakes they made not to mention the inside of my car was dirty and dusty cost me two hundred bucks to get my rugs cleaned from the paint dust not to mention my complaints went on death ears
