The staff was very pleasant. I was made to feel comfortable while having the procedure done. Would absolutely recommend this place.NOTE: the establishment is now called....University Radiology.

Soooooooo unprofessional!!! I went here to get an ultrasound. Tech wrote down wrong number so I was never updated on appointment and procedures. I have to wait a while after my appointment. Then Im able to go in the nurse says we have to reschedule because I did not follow direction I was given. I explained they had the wrong number and I was not notified. She became very defensive and super combative instead of accountability. I had to call them and ask when did I set the appt. She walked out the room, no say so of instruction! The towel and gel still on my stomach!! I went because it was close but go somewhere if you are looking for less wait time and professionalism.

Came here for a first time ultrasound to check up on my first time pregnancy, the lady clearly did not know what she was doing. During the ultrasound she told me to stop breathing and forgot to tell me to breath again. Not even once did she turn the screen so I could look at what was going on my friend had to take pictures from her phone because she did not even know how to print pictures either. And when she put the baby's heartbeat so we can listen she only did it for half a second and took it off Right away. Worst place ever!!!! Don't waste your time coming here.

I wish there was a 0 star option. The staff is very unpleasant and unprofessional. I could actually hear them saying disrespectful things about me when I simply inquired why my daughter hadn't been called after we've been waiting an hour. I could tell they were annoyed by my asking a question and, therefore, had me wait even longer. My daughter was extremely late for school and I to work all because of an unprofessional staff. The two chubby workers in the front; one black and one white were feeding off of each other. They then told the imaging staff and she gave me attitude as well. My first and last visit to this place.

I had an MRI with and without contrast today at MMI and I couldn't be happier. I went there 15 minutes earlier for the paperwork. I was called in just 5 minutes after my scheduled time. For the contrast, the nurse has to inject a contrast medium thru the vein and my veins are very hard to find. My nurse was so professional that I didn't even feel that the needle was in. I had the same procedure done at a reputable hospital in NYC once before and there, they literally made me cry because they couldn't find my vein. My nurse kept a smiling face the whole time and made me as comfortable as possible. I am very glad I listened to my husband on his advice to go to MMI. I am grateful to MMI that they hire very professional staff who knows what they are doing.

Not too much to say about Millburn Medical imaging. The couple times I brought my client here the staff were pleasant with making appointments and processing scripts and insurance. Even when there were renewals and confirmations in order from the clients doctor, they did the leg work of contacting the doctor themselves which is a big help for me so I don't have to call and wait, as I'm not a medical facility. My client who needs a lot of physical accommodation stated that the technicians were nice and patient with him which I think is important, as I did not accompany him to testing. Only thing about here is the building shares sort of little coffee snack shop, often found in business buildings or offices where multiple providers work out of. This one's shop is just paltry. It looks like someone just went to the supermarket and put some snack bags in there and then that same person brought their coffee maker to serve of some coffee then charge you for it. It's just kinda inadequate when I've seen much better at other buildings. Unfortunately you'd better grab your coffee and snack before coming here or you'll be stuck with the options here, no place else to go. If you're coming for imaging though, hopefully it won't be any issue with staff or a limited coffee shop.

I read the other reviews and have no idea what these people are talking about. I use them each year to schedule a mammogram and have never had a problem. I usually wait about 5 minutes in the waiting room which is never full. The technician is very gentle and knows what she is doing. The test is done quickly and there's never any mix up of the results. I will continue using this facility.

This is the worst imaging center we have ever been to. Made us wait for an hour before they even gave us the paper-work. Then we waited for another 30 mins and they said they could not read our handwriting hence they did not call us. ..instead called five other patients who were behind us. Really!!! Worst place ever. Do yourself a favor - go someplace else.

I cannot attest to the skill of the radiologists but I can say that the wait times are unacceptable. When I arrived, after lunch on a weekday, the waiting room was standing room only. It's rude, unprofessional and just completely inept to keep a scheduled patient waiting for an hour! Perhaps they should call patients if they are running so far behind schedule! No one behind the counter offered any apologies or even updates. I don't think I will be coming back.

I had an appointment for 3:45. Their policy here is everyone who has an appointment MUST be seen first before walk ins. But I did have an appointment and I was NOT seen at ALL. I'm very disappointed with the front end staff. Their was one lady who was extremely rude. All they could do was apologize because the lady who was supposed to do my Doppler for a possible blood clot is out of the office. So instead of having adequate staffing they just wanted to reschedule me. That is NOT how you do business

I went to MMI for an MRI. As soon as I got to the office I was given a whole bunch of papers which took a bit of time but I guess it's necessary. I was called in 5 mins after my appointment time which was great. The tech was very nice and my husband and son were able to wait for me right outside the mri area in a separate waiting room. I loved that when I was done one of the staff brought a treasure box for my son to pick a toy and a sticker even though he wasnt the one having the exam. I was very satisfied with the visit and will definitely go back if needed.

This place is awful. Full of scared women waiting nearly 1 hour to find out if they have breast cancer and waiting in the freezing cold in flimsy surgical tops. Frozen-hell like the 8th layer of dantes inferno. Ghetto electric heaters that can't thaw any nerves or even warm up toes. Don't come here.

My 3 month old daughter needed an ultrasound and her doctor provided a list of imaging centers in the area to go to. I decided on this place because of the location. I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes early. While we waited the nurse called a man to the back and a woman who was there before us addressed the nurse and stated that she came in before the man. The nurse told the woman that everyone is not getting the same procedure done so she will have to wait which made sense to me. She eventually was called to be seen. As 30 minutes passed we see people who came in after us get seen. My boyfriend walks up to the receptionist and inquires about the wait. They claim the tech that will do my daughter's ultrasound is "backed up" and the wait is another 20 minutes. An hour has passed now. My daughter is hungry and I have to feed her. Still, people who came in after us are being called to the back before us. My boyfriend is still inquiring about the wait. An hour and 15 minutes later a mother and her child walk in. Within 15 minutes the receptionist notifies them that they will have to reschedule the appointment because the tech doing the ultrasound is "backed up." The mother is upset and rightfully so, she took off work and had other obligations. So did I! Someone else came in and was notified immediately that their appointment will have to be rescheduled, because the tech is "backed up." After these people got rescheduled I walked up to the counter and asked what is going on and why didn't I at least get the same common courtesy to reschedule my appointment. The person I was talking to seemed tongue tied and had a "deer in headlights" look to her. Honestly I do not even think there was a tech that was "backed up" and that they were lying the entire time. And still people who came in after us were called in before us. My daughter did not get seen until 2 hours later for an ultrasound that took no longer than 10 - 15 minutes to do (the ultrasound tech was nice btw and said that they had to call her in from the hospital). My boyfriend complained to the supervisor and received a gift card for the inconvenience and he was told that she would talk to the receptionist about what happened. I'm not the type to complain and I am very patient and understanding person but the treatment that we received here was just unacceptable. I have been trying to get in contact with Joe who is the supervisor's boss about the entire situation but he has not returned our calls (not surprised), which leads to why I am writing this review. **Edit: After writing this review Joe called me back the next day and was apologetic. If you like unfair treatment, people who avoid common courtesy, workers behaving unprofessionally, and waiting for over 2 hours in a cold waiting room with limited heat with a 3 month old then go here (sarcasm).
