“Sent my wedding invites out from the post office because they were open late on a Saturday and the ladies were very nice and helpful. I needed them to weigh my envelopes and tell me if my forever stamps were going to be enough (they weren’t of course) so I had to add a second stamp but the ladies at the counter did the math for me and figured it out quickly without making me feel silly for not having done this earlier. Hoping they arrive safely and quickly to all our guests!!!”

“This store is fantastic! I’ve been a customer for over seven years. When I heard the store was being sold, I was unsure about what to expect. However, the new owners and employees are incredible. They are friendly and welcoming, taking the time to engage and explain everything thoroughly.
I was away from the store for a couple of months due to personal reasons, and they reached out to check on me and stayed in touch until I returned. I’m a people person, and so is everyone in the store! Thank you for being amazing and providing excellent customer service!”

I had a lot of fragile items and all arrived safe. She was the only staff member there but managed to handle multiple customers efficiently, all while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor. “This UPS location is the absolute best. I've been coming here about two years now. The staff is always polite, professional and helpful. I live closer to another UPS store but I drive a little out of my way to this location because of their customer service. However, I had a recent experience (October 2024) with the manager's wife that surprised me. He and she are of Asian descent. The other two staff members were busy with other customers, but she wasn't. She kept glancing at me but would not assist me. A white gentleman walked up and she immediately serviced him. That really surprised me, but I guess it really should not have given people are people and will show you how they feel about you by their actions. I actually spoke to the manager about his wife's behaviour but he keep assuring me her actions weren't what I thought they were. He really didn't know what to say because he kept repeating himself and could not explain why she did what she did. lol Overall, this is a really good location. I just ignore the manager's wife when I see her...and him, too. lol”
“Was so nervous to try out sending items to a family I knew in Ecuador because I don’t speak Spanish. I was instantly greeted with a bright smile from a gentlemen that eased my worries as he immediately realized and tried his best with the English he knew. He process all 7 boxes for me and explained everything so my next visit was seamless. I can’t thank him enough for his dedication and sweet demeanor making this less stressful!”
