The Woodland is an amazing space in the heart of Maplewood village. It is a Georgian Revival-style mansion and auditorium with great history, completed in 1930. It is a hub for vibrant cultural and civic life, holding large and small meetings and events. It features excellent sound, wifi systems all over, and friendly folks. It hosts unique events with performances, children's activities, and food trucks, which bring out the crowd. It has recently received a big grant.
We watched a friend film screening here. What a terrific venue! Very clean and accommodating. And the contact for the facility was so helpful and friendly!
