Wow has this places changed! We were long time customers and have sent many people to buy wedding bands there. The owner is no longer there and family has taken over and holy cow I have never seen customer service like this. If you want to be berated and abused go there.

Extremely disappointed and shockedi have been here before as a consumer, today Ken spoke very aggressively, condescending, disrespectful. LoudVery uncomfortable in front of other patrons.I once considered them as my jeweler, I will never be back.
