“The location is convinent for me, the process was easy and the staff was outstanding. Very polite and professional. The space looks rustic outside but, inside is clean well lite and climate controlled.”
“I went to this location for storage information and I met a Maggie… Maggie was/is awesome very understanding..Maggie took her time answering all questions and explaining the company policy if you go here ask for Maggie”
“I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and patience that I experienced while renting my storage unit. They have so many size units to choose to from at decent pricing. They also have great promotions for new members. My biggest concern was how comfortable I'd be leaving my extremely valuable items at this Storage facility. Not only do I feel safe leaving my valuable here, but I also feel safe while storing my items. I have and will continue to recommend this place to family and friends.”
“We deal with many rental companies and Ryder leads the pack in many ways but I need to add that Linden pushes even further. Big shout out to Brian in the rental department and his crew!”
“Great towing company, and Big Thanks for not damaging my bumper after losing a wheel. Great pricing for dropping it off to my mechanic and very fast response from the initial call.”
“I have had minimal issues here and any concerns or assistance needed was met by the employees, especially by Lydia. Very friendly and exceptional customer service! I actually do NOT want to rent from any other location if i need to in the future because i know it will not meet the same standards i have experienced here.”
“My experience was excellent at this location in renting the U-Haul truck. I highly recommend this place the others that need to rent a U-Haul truck. Frank was outstanding and very helpful. I'll be moving again in the next few months and I'll definitely be coming here to rent the U-Haul truck.”
“I had a few hiccups (no fault of Avis) trying to rent a vehicle from here but Jason went above and beyond for us!! Even now after the drop-off, he continuously made himself available to help me through billing issues (again no fault of Avis) and exemplifies not only outstanding customer service skills, but patience with all my questions. I will definitely rent from here again and again as their vehicles are clean and reliable and more importantly, they truly care about their customers.”

“I went to budget self storage in Newark. And Yocelin helped me pick out a perfect size storage for my needs. Yocelin was very helpful and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this storage facility.”
“Great welcome, they really listen to the customer—fantastic service and automotive gear. Thanks to them, I’ve definitely become a customer. Special Thanks to Michael !!!”
“Called in because I needed assistance choosing which truck, location and plan to go with and he was extremely personable, professional and most
importantly helpful. Managers please listen to that call (10/04/25 around 2:10pm). Set a very high standard for the store. Thank you”
“Great experience. Easy to rent, truck was clean, staff was helpful, and Andrea went above and beyond by warming up two different sized trucks before we got there (it had just snowed the night before) as we weren't sure which size we'd be renting. Wouldn't hesitate to rent from this location again in the future.”
“Didn't know what to expect when I arrived here to rent the van because it looked as if no one was there. Once inside I saw George. He greeted me and asked how he could help. He asked if I had a reservation. When I replied no, he said not to worry, he had plenty. He asked where I would be going which I first thought was off but he wasn't being nosey, he needed to add mileage charges for the estimated charges. His estimate was on spot on, which meant no surprise charges for me ?. He explained the rental requirements and return expectations. My return experience was just a easy. Definitely recommend.”
“It’s too far away from me I’m from Edison 2 minutes away from Penske never had a flat bed truck there please 🙏🏼 have a truck there so I don’t have to pay 💰 Uber again”
“We rented a 10ft Uhaul truck, which is ideal for a 1-2 bedroom apartment. I suggest you have dollies to move your heavier pieces, and load truck smartly as things can shift around. This truck drove very smoothly, had good pick-up with the v-8. This truck does not have a ramp, but is lower to easily step off, load your stuff. Not a complaint, but I would have someone get out, and physically assist when backing up. It can be tricky, and you are blind. Overall great experience, drop off at night no problem, left keys in drop box. This location on Rahway Ave is close to Route 1, and close to adjoining towns.”
“Excellent team of professionals, from the young friendly lady at the front window. To Dave, Pete just to name a few. Ryder in Newark always goes above and beyond.Thank you”

“Altogether it was a good experience.
My suggestion is that previous documents for the contract should be sent with more notice, they were sent to me the same day while I was flying so didn't get them until later in the day and had to change the pick up location.
After that thank God for Jen who came to my rescue and was extremely helpful during the rest of the process!!”
“Had to change my reservation unexpectedly at the time of pickup and GM Yeny Crique was incredibly helpful getting me on my way quickly with a new vehicle. Excellent customer service.”
“Excellent service at this location. Dawn is a professional. She handles transactions swiftly. I was in and out in lightning speed! Lovely diamond art to look at as well:-)
Very friendly! The manager, very pleasant. I definitely would recommend the Parsippany branch!”
“NA Auto Glass was amazing helped me in every step of the process, including assisting in the drop-off of the equipment. They are a FIVE STAR U-Haul location. Would use them again and again!”
“Needed an insurance inspection done and the guys at Dependable Auto Rental and Repair in Rahway hooked it up fast. In and out, no sitting around forever like some other shops. Staff was chill and knew exactly what they were doing. If you need something done quick and don't want to deal with a headache, this is your spot. Would definitely go back.”
“I am very satisfied with my rental and the truck I was renting was in good shape and what I needed. Make sure to ask for Chris, he was super helpful and great to work with.”
“Jason, thank you so much for your attention and hard work!!! We had a fantastic rental experience. I'll definitely rent again when back to NJ. 😊”
“My rental truck was ready and waiting when I arrived 15 minutes ahead of my appointment. Truck was extremely clean and the customer service was top notch. The woman working (my apologies for not getting her name) was super friendly and helpful. Will always choose this location if I’m in need of a U-Haul!”
“Tanajah was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me. She is strong and easily helped me carry in large boxes while still helping other customers. Her customer service is excellent, with a big bright smile.”
“This U-Haul location is always reliable to provide clean and great running rentals. I rent a few times a month for my small business and I never have a worry. The service from reserving to picking it up to dropping it off is seamless. I recommend anyone to rent from here.”
“I'm not from the area but had a family emergency where we needed a large dumpster to clean out a home. Their service was excellent! The delivery was fast and they were very helpful through the process. I would highly recommend their services.”
“I would never rent a car anywhere else. The owners are so accomodating and absolutely wonderful to work with. The cars are super clean and ready and waiting upon arrival!”
