Don’t bother coming here. They only have one employee so the office is left unmanned during a certain hour. That would be fine but the hour is not updated on google. In the time it takes to go check what time their lunch break is you could just go to another location

Today is Friday, March 22nd, brought two prepaid packages at 1:16pm to drop off. The employee name Celeste closes early. Mind you , they close at 2pm. Me and two other people are there, and she saids “I’m not having all this right now” and shuts the door. Very rude, unprofessional.

I was in a rush to send two packages that was urgently needed to be sent and I got there at 3:57 3 minutes away from closing and when I was close to entering this lady let two people in and out she works at the post office of course, but when I got there she told me that I couldn’t enter which I find amusing that she let two lady’s in and out but when she saw me I couldn’t enter? Not the best experience for sure especially since I only had two small packages.

Ms Karen is the best postal service worker in whole state of New Jersey!!!! She is polite, professional, efficient! I love her! I wish we had more workers like her in other post offices ?. And trust me I've been to many, they are always so rude, slow and have the worst attitude.

Superb service! Nothing but good things to say. Professional, calm, helpful, patient. I’m 20 mins away, but will make way there to have a pleasant experience. I used to live in Maplewood and badly miss the good service here. I looked at reviews for post offices at South Orange, West Orange, East Orange; all bad reviews with 1-2 stars. My certified return receipt arrived back to me in record time (2 days)! I was totally shocked but happy. I go to no other now but this one. The other location on Maplewood Avenue is awful. Though there are 2 clerks; they work in tandem to make going there an irritating experience; giving customers a hard time..& their attitudes…!! My return receipt was never ever returned.

This KAREN is the real deal!!!! She is the most pleasant and polite postal worker I have ever met!!!!! I pass by 3 or more post offices to get to her just for her services! I wish they would send her to train these other nasty, miserable workers full of attitude like they doing me a favor. Keep up the positive attitude Karen!!! Thank you ?
