Excellent customer service skills. Very nice staff at the counters.

Locked the doors earlier than the hours posted. I was there 5 minutes before 6. Even when I told them all I needed was to access my mailbox in the lobby, they wouldn't open the door for me. They would rather chitchat amongst themselves.
