Horrible experience recently- rude staff member to myself and another customer. I had my baby with me, juggling packages and the woman working there proceeded to talk down to me.

Scanned in packages at this post office for our e-commerce store and got a receipt from the clerk. The packages were going to various customers at different locations in the United States.
A few minutes later the tracking numbers show up as delivered at the same post office I dropped them off. How is that when the packages are going to Pennsylvania, Illinois, Missouri, etc? Customers are calling us frantically saying their tracking shows delivered but they did not get their order. I tried calling the post office and no one picks up the phone. When I call the general number I was told the wait time was over 18 minutes.
Over 100 years in business and they still can't get it right.

Bullshit ass post office, got here 20 minutes before they close. I arrive and its already closed even though it says they close at 6pm. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Turning customers away at 3:55 when you close at 4pm, then wonder why you don't get good ratings on your survey. Then sarcastically and in a condescending tone asked the customers online to do your survey.

The opening hours should be updated to include the closing from 1-2PM due to staffing, which is not even honored (got there at 2:30PM). The service is slow and haphazard. This office, and the USPS not a service one can rely upon anymore.

Sent my wedding invites out from the post office because they were open late on a Saturday and the ladies were very nice and helpful. I needed them to weigh my envelopes and tell me if my forever stamps were going to be enough (they weren’t of course) so I had to add a second stamp but the ladies at the counter did the math for me and figured it out quickly without making me feel silly for not having done this earlier. Hoping they arrive safely and quickly to all our guests!!!

PO box mail put in incorrect box. Repeatedly the main office locked over an hour later than the posted hours. The staff uniformly is rude and fairly incompetent. USOS should clean house.

They are supposed to close the place at 6 but not at 5:30 or 5:40 they don't let anyone in, they should respect or change the schedule

Got yelled at by the Supervisor (Robin) because I turned in mail that was delivered to my apartment that wasn't mine, after waiting in line for a while. I don't live in Maplewood, but I happen to be in the area for an appointment. She told me I need to take it to the post office near my apartment and not there.

So grateful for the team at this specific branch! When I had issues with a package delivery and put in a request for help, the postmaster reached out to me and even provided her direct line if I had any further issues!
When I still had trouble locating it she quickly worked with the Maplewood team and my usual mail carrier (who is always a pleasure) to help me retrieve it.
A wonderful team with excellent customer service!

So i felt I need to express my displease with this post office and when I came here I see some negative reviews from 5 years ago and I feel hopeless, because everything that had been said is still valid: rudeness, lost packages, attitude, lack of help and unprofessionalism. I don’t think I can think of a single positive thing about this office, the whole structure is simply very very bad from a to z.
