Just do yourself a favor and don’t come here. Believe me. This Wawa always has at least 40 patrons with 1 cashier and 2 people at the food counter. The line is always long. You will never EVER EVER be in and out of here. Even if you order on line. The Uber eats drivers stand there waiting 30 minutes or more for orders. It’s disgraceful and a shame corporate hasn’t done anything to whip this place into shape. That’s what happens in an all black area near the hood. They don’t care.

Jayla had a lot of costumers waiting for about 15 or more minutes while she was “organizing” stuff, she was on her cellphone and posting videos on social media I think costumers are the priority. The manager had to come and tell her to stop doing whatever she is doing and start with the orders. This Wawa does not even deserve a star, they are a shame for the company.

Worst wawa ever, i ordered a pizza on the wawa app for pickup and the people on the store said there’s somebody already took it my order, they don’t wanted to do another one for me who PAID FOR THE ORDER and refused to give my money back, i have it to call to the wawa support to get my money back.

Went here to order food. After receiving my food and tasting it, I wanted a refund. The food was salty and cold for I ordered burgers and a wrap. Asked for a manager to return my food and had to wait over 30 mins just to realize the manager was outside smoking. Finally, after realizing he came into the store without acknowledging me; I asked him can he refund the food I paid for. The service is trash. Overall down to the food and environment

I honestly should’ve checked the reviews before going in there. Chicken sandwich was cold, uncooked just nasty. The only good thing is the Gas and coffee cause you make it yourself lol ?
Don’t waste your money on the food you’ll be disappointed .

customer service is so poor. the workers are so rude and take super long to provide you with the order that you have paid for. it’s ghetto to say the least. come here if you want a negative experience and for people to waste your time.

Worse Wawa I have ever been to in my entire life ayee and it's because of those attitude especially the guys outside don't wanna work nd always wanna use those phones ?..I request the manager of this Wawa please give those useless guys who work outside a warning ⚠️ please....last time we went there nd a fat black guy saw us but still didn't care to put a gas ⛽ in my wife's car so I had to get out and do it myself and I turn around and saw another person doing the same... Please fire them useless Young guys

They waste people time every single time I come here. They act like they don't have customers when it be packed with people and you have to wait for almost 15 minutes for a simple sandwich or drink.
