I’ve tried other yoga studios through out the years, went back to NJ Yoga Zone and so happy that I did! Melissa is a wonderful teacher, her gift for teaching surpasses anyone else I’ve taken class from. The entire staff makes you feel welcomed too, all very inviting and friendly, I will definitely be going back!

NJ Yoga Zone is a wonderful environment to improve your health physically and mentally! All of the instructors are helpful and understanding, in addition to their classes being amazing. My personal favorite is outdoor yoga in the courtyard during summer!

I had an amazing experience at the NJ Yoga Zone. The instructors are all very nice and are great teachers! I highly recommend every one of the classes because I felt refreshed and relaxed afterwards. Thank you NJ Yoga Zone!
