I always like using UPS over other carriers. I feel like I have more control over the delivery date, the packaging, and I feel secure in my purchases. The people are always helpful there too.

The Customer Service Representative was extremely helpful making sure I got my package shipped out that day, even though it was close to closing time. Like real close. She went above and beyond to help me my first time shipping Christmas gifts through UPS.

Kristine and Teresa constantly help me with my plethora of Amazon packages. They never complain, are pleasant to be around, and give such speedy service. I would love to see them get acknowledged for their hard work and dedication to ensuring everyone has a pleasant experience as the Margate city UPS store has no shortage of people sending packages actually it’s quite out of control how many people line up there to send packages.

I have been coming to this UPS store for several years now to return items and each time the ladies who work there have been passive agressive and complaining about doing their jobs.I am always poliet, asking how their day is, thanking them for their service. These women constantly give off the impression that they do not enjoy their jobs. Today I came in with a large amount of items to retun. Upon being called up I sincerly apologized because I understand that it wasn't ideal. After I went to my car I realized that I forgot to retun a couple of my items, as I waited in line one of the employees Michelle started talking behind my back to the two customers in front of me. She said how I constantly come in to retune things and that it was ridiculous that I do it so often. I understand what it is like working in customer service and there are days where I am tired and had enough but I never stoop so low as to talk about a customer in front of another customer.

Convenient location. Team there is friendly and efficient. Would love to see them add the self service Amazon drop off that the Linwood UPS Store has. Very high tech and and would be helpful when you need to get in and out quickly. Sometimes I go to that location off-island for that reason because in the summer it gets really busy.

The people who work there were not friendly at all, and my package is still here. It had to arrive at its destination on the 15th and it hasn't moved. I left it on January 3rd and they still haven't sent it. I went to tell the lady who helped me and she just ignored me.
