Do NOT TRUST this store. Luis was the sales rep & scammed my mother who has pancreatic 4 cancer. She isn't thinking clearly due to the chemo and he lied her. He convinced her that she gets a free apple watch & never told her she is locked into another line. Ontop of that, he separated my parents account in order to accomplish what he needed. They were on vacation at the time and now it's past the return period and they will not do anything even though it's still new in the box, unopened. Luis's boss is no different, and said it's policy. Verizon Wireless doesn't care & condones these scamming sales attics. Shame on you Verizon Wireless! A customer for over 25 years and you do this?!

On vacation, Blake was excellent in assisting with a lost phone issue. Helped us with all the security concerns we had. Helped with purchase of new phone and cellular plan. Very knowledgeable and friendly, encouraged us to call when we get back home (upstate NY) if we have any issues

If I could give negative stars I would. This store is the worst. I have never experienced such poor customer service- From the management to the employees, they are all terrible. I have worked in retail my entire life and never have I treated someone the way I have been treated. It is worth the trip to the Verizon store on Tilton rd instead of going to this one

Joe made the process of upgrading to the iPhone 15 super easy/quick also hooking me up with some awesome accessories. Would highly recommend this verizon store in margate.

I went into this store with few questions and to purchase accessories. I waited for Jose to finish assisting a customer.When he finished with the customer, it was my turn. I hesitated a moment and he abruptly told me to get to the question, he had customers waiting. (The customers who were waiting had walked into the store within a minute of him finishing up with the prior customer so they were hardly waiting.) I had no problem patiently waiting for him to finish with the previous customer, but when it came to my turn he was all of a sudden in a rush to move on to the next. We have been a Verizon customer for a long time and have many phones on our plan, along with cable and internet. There is no excuse for treating a customer that way, whether they be a new customer or somebody who has been a loyal customer like me. I will not go to this store again, and wanted others to know how I was treated.

Stopped in over July 4th weekend and David was so helpful and knowledgable in helping me upgrade my phone. Set me up with a great deal and I could hang out on the beach while all of my data was being transferred which was also a nice perk. Overall great customer service and would highly recommend stopping in for any of your phone needs!
