This branch has the worst customer service ever, as far as the agents go. The tellers are very nice.

I just need to share with others and hope this doesn't happen to you. This branch was part of a fraudulent withdrawal from my account. Beware of your accounts. This happened on 08/28 it is now 10/14 and Wells Fargo has done nothing to retrieve my $14,000 that was stolen from my accounts

They allow unmasked customers and say and do nothing about it, even when the customers accost the people who ask them to please wear a mask
