My family has been a customer of CSS for over ten years. We have used their camera security systems and gate security systems.We called the company to service the gate. They indicated that we did not have a service contract. We asked them what they would charge to fix the malfunction outside of a contract, and they declined to provide any service at all. There were three days of communications including phone calls and emails to try and obtain service on our gate.I have never encountered a business who refuses to service an installed product at all. They are happy to provide high prices and take your money, but once the project is installed, they absolve themselves of any responsibility.We are truly disappointed with the integrity of this business.

Everyone at CSS has done a spectacular job. Anthony was great at evaluating our needs, Chris did a great job with the install, and Julia, Lauren, and Mary have been wonderful with all the questions I've had since the install. It's the first time I've had an alarm in my house, and they provided thoughtful guidance throughout the entire process.Service: Security cameras

When we moved into our home over 20 years ago, we were lucky enough to contract our security alarm service and monitoring with Greenwood Securities which soon became part of CSS. We have always been extremely satisfied with the level of personal service and responsiveness provided by CSS and that is not always the case when one business becomes part of another. In addition, a quick response is crucial when it comes to alarm systems whether it’s because of a real emergency or in response to an errant and very annoying beeping that needs to be diagnosed and remedied. CSS has always met and exceeded our service expectations.

Everything--from the initial contact through the final repairs and installation performed professionally and punctually--with the right personal touch! We're looking forward to being their customers. Complete Security Systems installed an alarm in my house 2 1/2 years ago. That alarm was faulty (by no fault of CSS). CSS could’ve just let it be, I paid in full, and it was over. They did not, instead, they kept sending people in to fix it, free of charge, and eventually decided that it was best for me and them if they just replaced it. They replaced my entire system for no charge, and even credited me back the money for monitoring, giving me a year free! Their integrity is obvious in this action. I am a very grateful. Satisfied customer! I would like to give a special call out and thank you to Mr. Lance Brooks, and of course Mr. Terry Henmer, you guys are the best! Thank you!
