The best thing Costco did was install self checkout registers. Now if they'd keep at least 2 employees there to scan the big items rather than just 1, that would be great.

Absolutely wonderful warehouse, I got my Costco membership and unfortunately I forgot the young ladys name with the blonde hair and cute glasses at the costumer Service counter, but she was so amazing and patient with me, my phone was very slow to install the app for the account set up, but she was such a lovely person that was very personable, definitely very excited to use my Costco membership card🙌

The customer service here is atrocious. I got all the way up to checkout when an employee told me I can’t checkout since my name isn’t on the card, despite the fact it is my mom’s name. This is a terrible attempt by Marlboro Costco to make more money off memberships because no other Costco in New Jersey has ever stopped me. The person I spoke to, Marlon, was extremely rude to me and basically told me to screw off. This is absolutely unacceptable and I am surprised to see Costco customer service conducting themselves like this.

Was in the Optical Department. Needed glasses. Was blown away by service provided by Doug O in the Optical Department. Ask for him. You will not be disappointed.

Marlboro Costco is the best! I do not remember the names but managers and customer service exceeded my expectations. They helped us so many times , I can’t even count.

It's a Costco. They are all the same. Great selection but the parking lot is pure insanity ALL the time. Unless you go right when they open on a weekday prepare to deal with tons of people.

Costco has a lot of products for a good price. Products are not the same every time you go. Most everything is pretty high quality. It's always busy.

Costco is my happy place ? and one stop shop for everything for my family. Everything is fresh and reasonably priced. We love trying new foods and love that Costco’s always carries variety and new selections.
