We recently needed to get special pill packet cards for prescriptions that we had in plastic pill containers. The packet cards were required by the senior assisted living facility where we were bringing our mother.
Our regular pharmacy, CVS, who we have been dealing with for many, many years was unable to help with this. Additionally, CVS could not even transfer the prescription records to another pharmacy to help facilitate this request, forcing us to go back to our mother's primary physician to get the necessary prescription information.
As a result, we went to the Marlboro medical arts pharmacy to help with this request. The pharmacist did a great job of completing this for us in a very timely manner. We are so pleased with the service that this pharmacy provided, that we are strongly considering transferring all of our families' existing prescriptions to them.
CVS - you really need to do a lot better!!

PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR FILM DEVELOPED HERE...
I dropped off my film 12/14/2024 and now I am writing this 1/23/2025. I have been waiting 6 weeks and each week I have gone in, they tell me the same thing, "Just give it one more week". So, almost 2 months later and I still have not gotten my film back after being told it will take 2-3 weeks max.. If you have any type of film such as 35mm, 110mm or just anything that requires developing, do it online or somewhere else. Anywhere BUT this place.
UPDATE: 2/7/25
I spoke to someone, they said they’ll expedite my film. That was 2 weeks ago. Called today and they still have nothing. It’s officially been 2 months since I dropped it off.

Decently stocked store, but service is subpar. Long checkout lines are the norm. Not big on answering questions either.

Worst CVS in Monmouth County. Transferring all my prescriptions out. Nothing is smooth at this location. From frequent out of stock drugs to long pickup wait at drive through and inside store. You usually go to a pharmacy feeling bad and want to leave without a hassle in hopes to get better. Here hassles are free and frequent…

Sadly this store is so understaffed. Rx's take forever and to talk to a live person is almost impossible.

Terrible. Service is just terrible. They wonder why they are closing locations. Cone here and see why. They don't even answer the phones anymore. They got one star just so I could post this.
