I recently visited CVS for my Covid-19 vaccine for the fall. The pharmacy staff promptly handled the vaccine based on my scheduled appointment. The individual answered all of my questions in a friendly and very professional manner. I found this store to be very well organized and clean.

Ridiculous service. Was to buy three gift cards via self service machine, but that has a limit of $250 for gift cards. So I was told to get in line... Not a problem, only two people. I needed three separate transactions for three cards. After the second card/transaction, I was told to get Back in line, because there were two more people waiting. I just walked away. There are plenty of places I can buy the third gift card. Not getting back in line for the third transaction!!! I really wonder what happens to people buying more than two items... :) Happy Holidays!!!

Pharmacy is consistently bad. Unusually long wait for prescription. Yesterday, at 2PM, I called and asked to request a prescription transfer from another pharmacy, and gave all necessary info. Was told that "it will take HOURS (!!!)" to do this. This morning, I was told no transfer was done "because we are busy here...". Tried another CVS on Rt.9 - in 20 min all was done!

I have many medications & so does my husband. When I called to renew I got Fizzah on the phone. She took so much time with me & was so patient. Her service was exceptional & she was so knowledgeable. I think Fizzah went above & beyond. Thank you Fizzah!!!

Difficult to reach pharmacist on physician line. I stay on a line for 15 minutes, left message, nobody called me back. I am wondering for how long you keep patients on a line when doctors can’t speak with you?

Usually go here all the time and love it! But this lady was exceptionally rude to my mother and I! She made us feel unwelcomed and did things so unnecessary in our faces that made me feel truly disgusted. Did not like her behavior towards people. Hopefully CVS gets better employees.

I never went to this CVS because I don't live in NJ but I can say somebody that works there is a theft !! I'm so mad because I just saw my online banking statement and I was charged $50 for a transaction that was made there 2 days ago so it has to be somebody that works there cause all they need are just my card numbers and charge as credit and of course I'm disputing this with my bank.
