On June 2nd, my license plates weren’t removed from my towed totaled vehicle. It was a Friday late afternoon, I was concerned throughout the weekend.But when I called IAA at 8AM Sharp, a reception answered immediately and was very helpful and assured me that my plates were at their office. She offered to mail them directly to me, free of charge or pick them up. I drove there, grabbed my plates and I was in and out within 2 minutes.Thank you for a positive experience.

Fairly smooth transaction to pay for an auction vehicle. Do not expect any friendly or welcoming service from the staff. I'm certain the owner allows it, because they seem comfortable. I certainly wouldn't and I am a business owner.

Super disappointed with this place, no consideration for people’s time. We were involved in an accident on the New Jersey Turnpike. A couple of days later after we got out of the hospital and got our rental to come get our belongings from the car. We called ahead to make sure there are no issues because we live out of state. An associate told us as long as we got there before 5, we would be able to get our belongings. We showed up at quarter to 5 and they would not let us get our belongings and that their yard closed at 4:30. No accountability for what their associate told us, no compassion for a family that just went through a tragic experience. Please avoid this place by any means necessary. I’m so disappointed, who knows when I will get back to NJ.

They never pick up the phone. So disrespectful. Customer service responds neither via email nor via the phone. By the way they are salaried for this job. And they're not volunteers.
