“I schedule an appointment a couple of weeks ahead. I make a early appointment because it has to be a fasting test. I am in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. In the past few years Quest has improved their system dramatically. It is very easy to go online and set up an account and schedule your appointment. What I like most about going to Quest for my blood work is that your results are sent to you in less than 24 hours, sometimes less than 12.”
“Your technician, Jorge, aside from his skill at phlebotomy, went out of his way to make this visit pleasant and efficient. He reflects very well on your organization and should be commended.”
“It happens, but not often: when the needle went into my arm, it burned. Had a blood blister after the appointment. That was the only negative. The lab is conveniently located and appointments are taken on time.”
