Came here today for a Covid test that should have been 10-15 for the test and 15 minutes of waiting in the waiting area. Instead I waited almost hour and a half (came in 10:15, left at 11:50). Still did not get the results to the 10 minute test. The doctor was nice however clueless about what machine to use with what covid test. I did not need a fancy test just something basic so I can document. I’m not having my insurance pay them for this type of care. I’m sorry and I understand they are short staffed but I came here leaving my dog in the car. I come back to my dog frantic because I was gone for over an hour. The extra two stars are because other locations have been great to me.

The nurse and the nurse practitioner were excellent! They were both professional, friendly and highly competent. I visited for ear wax removal and they did a great job.

I’ve been to this minute clinic a couple of times and have only seen the NP, Chris. She’s been amazing every time and has taken care of me, my husband, and our toddler. She has wonderful bedside manner and is very knowledgeable and professional! Will for sure see her again!

OUT OF POCKET>BEWARE !!!Get this, I went to the Marlboro, NJ Clinic because I needed a topical for my Eczema. I paid just about $150.00 for the visit. The Practitioner gave me a script for 30 grams of my ointment & NO refills. You know, 30 grams is equal to a tad bit over an ounce; it last for a month. So I went back to get a refill. NO DICE, I'd have to pay another $150 to get another prescription!!! I'll NEVER EVER go to this place again & I'm going to tell Anybody & Everybody, DO NOT VISIT THIS CLINIC !!!OUT OF POCKET>BEWARE !!!

Avoid this place. Went there after suffering from a sinus infection after 5 days and getting worst. The sinus pressure is now debilitating. The nurse practitioner L. Llamahana didn't take my temperature, nor checked my throat, nose, blood pressure, hear my chest. NOTHING. Only put on gloves for 5 seconds and pressed my cheek and forehead and asked if I felt pain. Told me to take sudafed and ibuprofen. Informed her I have tired all that already and nothing has helped with the pain. I'm asking for an antibiotic and a steroid. Refused to prescribe a steroid and advised to make another appointment after taking the antibiotics. Another appointment? Some people actually have a job and can't take time off. Save yourself the time, money and aggravation. You are just another money claim here. Make an appointment at Immediate Care Medical Walk-In of Marlboro instead: 479 Newman Springs Road, County Road 520, Marlboro, NJ 07746. Seek a real doctor that actually cares and helps alleviate your pain.

I found the experience to be futile. Nursing staff is very restricted in their approach to treatment. I won’t go here again. I guess if you need conscientious care you still have to go to an ER.

The Nurse and Nurse Practitioner were both great, but the results for Covid are inaccurate. I went in with symptoms and tested negative. I knew something was off, so I did an at home test and it came back positive. Went to the ER, positive. My cousin did a test at this same location and when her results came in, they were negative. I told her to go to the ER immediately. Her results came back positive. This is not good!!! People are walking around with Covid and don't know it because the results are wrong.

1st experience and definitely not my last! Joanne is a wonderful nurse. Other HCP’s should take notes on the way she acts towards her patients.

Overpriced products throughout the store. Don't get me started about their horrible pharmacy. Stan Kopylov is an extremely incompetent pharmacy manager. If you ask for brand name prescriptions ONLY, they will give you a runaround and tell you they don't have it. And it'll take an eternity to get. And if they really don't wanna sell you the brand name prescription, their rude manager Stan Kopylov will laugh while telling you that the brand name isn't available at ALL. Really? That's why Rite Aid was able to get it for me. Bottomline: CVS is a a crappy pharmacy that only pushes generic drugs that don't work as effectively as the brand name drugs. They'd rather maximize their profits than care about their customer's health/needs. Avoid this place. If you're searching for a friendly neighborhood pharmacy, look elsewhere.

Worst pharmacy in the area. After waiting 20 minutes behind another customer in the drive through the pharmacist tells me she could not include an over the counter cream in my total order. She couldn't take ten steps to the aisle directly in front of her. After waiting 20 minutes in the drive through I should walk into the pharmacy to purchase one additional over the counter medication. Absolute Worst customer service at this location. If my son didn't need the medication that night, I would definitely go right down the road to another pharmacy. I definitely will not be returning. I can take my business elsewhere.

Unprofessional staff and mostly the pharmacy Manager Stan Kopylov. The staff never confirmed what medication and dosage I needed, and refilled wrong med. As a result he gave me a smirk and refused to give me a refund for the job that THEY did wrong. Very rude and ignorant person. Nobody knows what's the customer service means whatsoever.

Not good I hate this place when you have to go to the pharmacy to pick up medications it's always a 20 minute wait and it seems like a pharmacist and the technicians behind the counter are all in disarray and confused at all times
