“I was in this post office this morning. Normally I drop the package and leave but today I need some help so I asked for it. The lady (Gloria) listened to my situation and explained to me the options. At the end, the problem was solved in a very efficient way. It's a great experience!
This post office used to be the worst around this area (about 7 or 8 years ago) due to one very rude lady. But things have changed dramatically after the lady left.”

“Honestly the only good one around. The reviews it self show it. 3.8 states at the time of me making this comment (even if it seems low) is very high for a post office to have as a rating. It's so quick and easy, never had a problem. Everything ships right away, have mailed dozens of packages from Depop selling, to my taxes, etc and everything always works out. Very friendly people inside that don't mind taking the time to talk and help you. Such a contrast from all the awful ones around us (Looking at you Howell post office). Keep up the great work!”

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about this post office. First of all, they are always so kind and helpful anytime I come in and need assistance. Second, I am still sitting here in disbelief how above and beyond Kim went to get a hold of my package. I ordered something for my daughter for her graduation and unfortunately when I got the notification the package was delivered I could not find it anywhere. It wasn’t our regular mail person and these things happen. I drove over to the post office 30 minutes before closing on a Friday, and Kim couldn’t have been more helpful. Not only did she locate my package but she went and picked it up herself where it was accidentally delivered and then hand delivered it to me at my home. This is just above and beyond what anyone would ever do these days and I’m just so thankful to live in this town with such amazing, kind hearted postal workers. I know if I lived anywhere else my daughter wouldn’t have had her graduation gift on time. Kim, you are amazing and I can’t thank you enough for what you did! We love our Colts Neck Post Office! ❤️”

“Went there to mail out a package. The clerk told me he has no money and only credit card or ATM cards will be accepted. I needed to add some tape to secure box and price of the $4.99 is kinda steep but I used my card and purchased it. The was only one person in there. Took care of my business and left. The clerk was very busy and my opinion toy should have 2 people there. Services were done with a smi,e but I can see the guy was tired. He did a great job taking care of all his customers.”

“I made a very important purchase on Aug. 26th of this year, it shipped out on Aug.27th…it then began the most absurd journey, bouncing from location to location within the USPS network…back and forth, but not making its way to my door. I tried calling, submitting a lost package claim, but no matter what I did I simply could not get anyone or any website tools to provide me assistance with getting a resolution and having the shipment delivered to my address. I than created an entirely random inquiry form and entered a family members home address, located in South River and to my absolute surprise…I received a phone call from Greg in South River barely a few hours later. While the shipment and responsibility was in no way, shape or form attributed to the South River location, Greg put me in contact with his team member, Bridget. To say I am appreciative and impressed with how quickly and effectively Bridget resolved my issue would be an understatement. She took it upon herself, with zero obligation, to contact every location my package was looping to, submitted a re-route form to every location and kept in close contact with me every step of the way to keep me up to date with how her effort was progressing. To my absolute shock and surprise, she managed to isolate the issue causing my package to death spiral, provided me to necessary information to prevent this happening again in the future and reached out to the associate who delivers mail to my home to ensure all involved were on the same page and landed my delivery in my mail box barely 3 hours later. I think it is important that whoever reads this or who ever is responsible for hiring and employee management is aware of just how lucky they are to have such a dedicated, competent, pleasant and effective resource on the team. Feel free to take a look at the attached collage of the majority of my packages shipping history to get a better idea of just how frustrated I was while helplessly observing. Your the best Bridget, even though you told me it was not at all necessary, I told you I was going to yell your praise from the mountaintop!”

I had I ternational mail to send and they helped me figure out the customs forms. I'm so thankful for their help. I've had my mail held while I was away and everything was delivered properly once I returned home. FYI Informed delivery let's you know what mail to expect and report missing mail.”
