Bought gas and 2 gatorlyte zero on Sunday. Have the proof from my bank app. They charged me for both gatorlyte zero when it was buy 1 get 1 for 1 buck on the cooler door. I called and a guy said come in and get one. I came by and some little kid is working and he refused to give me a drink that I overpaid for. I told him I spoke with someone earlier but supposedly no manager is on duty so he can’t do anything. I don’t live nearby but I’ve been working nearby recently. Poor customer service. As someone who does 1500 miles a week I’ll buy gas at Wawa. Guy should have left a note or other guy made a phone call. Amateur hour between inside and the gas guy wasn’t nice either.

Been here twice so far for a sub one today but I got a 6inch and they skimp the meat… literally wawa stuffs the helllll outta theirs whereas you get 1 piece of meat on it. Make the subs worth the money. So cheap with the meat idk why they are scared to put more these young kids. Please tell them put more cause other quick checks aren’t like that lol. But other than that great store so clean and nice

Management needs to hire a set of new staff. I work night shift and on my way to work I would stop here for gas. I’m always sitting around waiting then a young kids pops out his car when I’m already waiting 5 mins. If I got inside it’s always the same thing. Very unprofessional and something should be done.

Terrible food prep. I ordered a wrap and got about 2 tablespoons worth of tuna. Won’t be ordering anymore food from here.

The entire staff hates it here and is super uneasy due to management. Employees are rude and unwelcoming.

If there is a power outage in this area do not bother coming to this store. They have a back up generator that doesn’t work…

During my recent visit to your store at 1:54 PM, I encountered a frustrating experience with one of your staff members. I was with my children, and we mistakenly rang up an item twice. We needed assistance to remove the duplicate item but received no help for an extended period. Due to the delay, we decided to switch to another machine to expedite our checkout.
When the staff member finally approached, she rudely questioned why we hadn't waited for her. Her tone and attitude were disrespectful, especially in front of my children. All she needed to do was swipe her card and cancel the transaction, but instead, she made the situation more stressful.
This experience highlighted a need for better training in customer service and handling such situations with care and respect. The staff member had short hair, and this incident has left a negative impression. I hope improvements can be made to ensure better service in the future. Store #483A NJHS Rt 79. Date: 6.2.24

I love QuickChek, but lately evey time I order food from this one it's completely wrong. Not only wrong, but wrong in a ridiculous way. I'm talking Chicken Cesar Salad wrap with no lettuce in it, or another time with no lettuce or Cesar Dressing. Today I got a Spicy Italian with as much veggies as the touch system will allow,... I got no veggies... please address the issue.

This quick Chek is always clean and well stocked. Sandwiches are always good. And the workers have always been helpful. You can also get gas here too.

I’ve been here twice. These ladies do not know how to make a red bill infusion, way too much syrup. The first time, the employee was new. Second time a completely different employee which only tells me it’s the management.
