I have been going here for a few years now and this place is great! Holley is awesome. She does a great job on my color and cut. Nicole is very accommodating and sweet. All of these women are great at what they do! A very welcoming atmosphere. Keep up the great work!

Best hidden gem. Been going here for years and will never go anywhere else. From the moment you walk in, you are treated like family. Everyone there does amazing work and is so kind. They have always cleaned and sanitized, but now with COVID, are doing even more. Nicole and Holly are amazing and I truly enjoy coming here to see them. Try them and you will be a lifelong client.

If you don't like how they do your hair...they may try to fix it, and if they can't, they give excuses like too much time has passed or the customer is just too hard to please and...they still keep your money... :( Spent $240 on color and a $45 tip and hours and hours of time..... When you go to your usual hair colorist who you've been very happy with up to now, who you recommend to others and on social media, and ask for the color you always get and love except you'd like to go a little lighter for summer...and instead of blonde ombré, she gives you panels with sharp, harsh, bright edges where the color meets the root... ...so a day later you text saying you love the color but not the roots, and asked if she can fix those edges. So you go back a few days later for her to "fix" them only she puts brown over the beautiful blonde color that you said you loved... ...the hair is now darker and SOME of the roots are fixed but not all. Then you see your friend that day and she says "hmm, I thought you were going to get your hair fixed" and you say you did...only to look in the mirror at the back of the head and still see some of those panels and sharp roots. ...text the hair stylist that day to say you still see those panels. The salon calls the next day and says they'll take me in the following week. As she fixed the panels in the back, I explain how I'm so bummed that where she put the brown is still so dark and she advised to keep washing with shampoo and it'll oxidize and lighten over time. ...a week goes by and I see no lightening and I'm ultimately very disappointed. I look at pictures of my hair in October when she had done it previously and it was golden and light and now it's darker than it was before. I text her. She doesn't respond. I text her a couple days later asking if she gets my text. No response. I wonder if I'm being ignored... ...Finally I call the salon and speak with the owner. She seems understanding and says the stylist is away for the weekend but will give her the message. ...after the weekend, Tuesday and then Wednesday pass and I hear nothing. Finally I call on Thursday and the owner admits she forgot to give the stylist the message but she'll take care of me. I explain the situation. She says she'll put me on the calendar for 5/30 and talk to the stylist and get back to me. A week goes by. ...I get a vm yesterday from the owner saying to call her back. I got through today and she explains she wants to make it clear I will be charged the $240 for my visit on 5/30 as it's already been 6 weeks since my first appointment and 6 week touchups are standard (I do my hair once every 6 months!) - I wanted to be happy with my hair and wished I was. But I am not. And they certainly don't seem to care or they would fix it or give me my money back. Needless to say, I am no longer going to this salon.
