One of the best Ulta.. well stocked and tons of amazing brands. Everything is neatly organized and staff are super nice.. I browsed the products and aisles no one bothered me. I will revisit again. The highlight for me was beauty counter and Pat McGrath collection

I went to get cologne on Saturday and the most amazing cashier greated me, the line was super long but she never rushed me and was so nice. It was way different then the Holidays which was the lines was shorter and the cashier was rushing me and not so nice. I guess someone urinated in her cereal. I want to give Amanda the cashier her flowers she is an amazing human being. She is such a blessing and her beautiful soul was shinning bright that day. Thank you Amanda for making my shopping experience wonderful.

The front desk staff is always rude. Sofia didn’t great me and even decided to ignore me for a few moments before taking care of me. When I asked her a question she just stared at me blankly. I always leave this ulta in a bad mood & will not be returning. The only kind person there is the security guard at the front door!

I went in today for an ear piercing appointment. I was just looking to get my 2nd holes pierced. I originally had an appointment for the following day, but was called to switch to the day before, which was fine. Upon arrival at the salon counter, there was no one at the front and 2 hair stylists taking care of clients. I stood there for a couple minutes before being acknowledged and then one of the attendants asked someone from the back to come out. I checked in and was told the person doing my ear piercing was finishing up with a client and to have a seat. The stylist was cutting the client's hair, which was wet, so there was no way she was just "finishing up". I sat there for a good 15 minutes until I was asked to choose the earring style I would like. I told the woman which one and she went to gather the kit for the woman piercing my ears. She came back 5 minutes later telling the other attendant she couldn't find the paperwork and was frustrated at the mess. There was a lot of back and forth between the two and I found it to be very unprofessional and made me not feel so comfortable and second guess getting my ears pierced there. The attendant that would be doing my piercing was about to start blow drying the client's hair, when it finally dawned on her that she should really pierce my ears first. I mean, I was there on time for my appointment, and it takes all of 5 minutes to pierce someone's ears. I should be in and out in under 20 min. After being there for 30 minutes waiting, I was finally asked to take a seat and the attendant went to gather the items to do the piercing. Done in 5 minutes. Once I was done, she said she had to print the ticket to bring it up to the front to pay. To make it short, I proceeded to wait another 10 minutes for it to take 3 people to figure out how to print this ticket. I was then told to proceed to the front checkout and that someone was bringing the ticket up. I got to the front counter and of course the ticket was never brought up. The woman from the salon came up with the ticket afterwards and thanked me for my patience and offered me free samples. After all of that, the entire piercing should have been free or at the least discounted. I could care less about free perfume samples. I am appalled at how disorganized and unprofessional everyone was. I should have not spent an hour there when the process took all of 5 minutes.

While everyone was very friendly and courteous my makeup appointment was less than Stellar. I normally avoid make up counters for this reason but was in a bind. This was my first time going to Ulta and definitely my last. I don't think my make up artist knew how to deal with a darker skin tone. She did try to fix the areas that I had expressed concerns about but it just wasn't right. Again everyone's attitude was great but I wish make up artists understood all skin tones and went through a better test prior to being put on the floor.

There are multiple employees and a long line at the register, but only one person on register helping customers. Seems like they have more important things to do looking at products than help us while we’re waiting 10+ minutes. Seemed like a a manager who thinks she’s above checking people out.

I went for an appointment at Ulta for a haircut and blowout with Hannah. I was a little nervous going in but I am so glad I did. When I tell you that she was AMAZING I really mean it!! She was so welcoming and helped me pick out the exact hair cut that would accentuate my features. Definitely going back to her. My hair has never looked better!

I just want to give Aurora a huge shout out and a BIG THANK YOU! Yesterday she spent time helping me pick out all the makeup I needed. Her suggestions on make up were spot on from color matching to finishing spray and brushes. She had great energy and you can tell she loves what she does and is extremely knowledgeable. Thank you again Aurora! I couldn’t have done it without u!

Truly a great experience today, Melissa truly was a gem, she recommended a fantastic skincare line that I will be purchasing in the near future, the security guard was very friendly and greeted us as we entered the store, will definitely be coming back!

Went in to buy some lip balm on Sunday, April 15th, 2023. I greeted the Security Guard on the way in, and then he proceeded to follow my bf and I around the store, stopping at the end of each aisle we were in, and hard staring at us while I was waiting in line to PAY for the items I came for. Now, let me also say that I am a 37 year old woman and my bf is in his mid-40s, we were not teenagers - not that that man's behavior was warranted regardless. I have never been treated with that much obvious disrespect while shopping in my life. Ulta should understand that it's not alright to treat people like criminals, and expect to retain customers. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

The place is clean and the associate I paid with seemed nice, but tell me why they put red tag markdown stickers on items, only for the markdown to be the original retail price?? Even the receipt doesn’t reflect the so-called markdown from $24.99 to $12.49. What a scam. Unfortunately, I didn’t check to see the site for the original retail price, otherwise, I would’ve purchased online which included a gwp bundle. I’ll stick to online shopping instead.
