The most efficient incredible post office i have been to. I own my own business which requires me to have orders shipped out everyday. These 3 have NEVER made a mistake handling thousands of dollars in packages for me. The most efficient post office hands down. If you’re looking to start a business utilizing post office, this is the place to be.

enough with the 3rd class junk mail fills up my box and mail person puts my bank statement on my front porch..really time to put and end to the Ads like we don't see enough post office can stop it just.

I came in looking for help on delivering a package as it is my first time, I talked to the person at the front desk with a lot of respect and patience and instead of receiving that back he was rude, snide and complained in front of me. I left in tears.

How can you have this many negative comments about one single employee and still allow her to verbally abuse customers? Vilma white screamed at my aunt today, in front of a packed office, and told her that her business was not welcome here. Is this really how we are going to allow employees to treat people? From the countless negative reviews about this woman I can see that many people have had an issue with this woman. This is unacceptable and something needs to be done.

I have been using this post office my entire life, and I am SO disgusted with how one of my family members was just treated at this location. The Manager, Vilma White, is extremely rude, unprofessional, condescending, and outright has NO work ethic to be dealing with people on a daily basis. I am not surprised to have uncovered all of the terrible reviews about this same lady. She seems to have been a problem for years but this issue needs to be addressed immediately. I cannot allow such an unprofessional employee to manage private mail matters. Extremely disappointed!

Extremely rude workers. Vilma White as well as John both were very unprofessional, and unnecessarily nasty in dealing. I send out from usps often and never was met so harshly. As I was securing the tape on my package and Vilma rides shooed me and said u need to move u can’t do that here, while NOBODY was in line behind me. I am courteous enough myself to not hold up a line while I tape, but as there was no line behind me I wasn’t concerned. I was surprised to be SHOOed away and with John’s follow up also being rude and uncalled for. Not surprised when I saw all the other rude reviews. Manager should deal with this behaivor.

I arrived at the post office at 3:56pm. The door was locked. The employee inside me saw me and ignored me. When he finally came to the door, he said that his clock shows 4pm even though I showed him my iPhone that showed 3:59pm. He didn’t care. I know this review will go on deaf ears, but I hope at some point there is some kind of accountability even for government employees.

The lady that works there ( brown hair, big nose) has quite an attitude. I could not get anyone on the phone because it automatically goes to a customer service 1800 number(even if you try to call the post office directly). I scheduled a redelivery for an important certified letter that never came on the date requested and I was never told it was sent to the post office. After three hours of trying to get the automated system to help me, it finally told me the letter was at the post office and gave me the address where it was at (this location). I thought it was strange since I live in the town over but I was just following what the system said.I get to the post office and ask the nice gentleman at the counter and they (him and the rude lady) just kept denying anything I said was true. When I asked for help on who to contact or what I should do, she chimed in to tell me, too bad, your mail isn’t here and to go to the other post office. Is she mentally okay? Was she having a bad day or something?As I was leaving she made some snarky remark- again- is she ok?? So excited see her “happy” face again when I go to drop off packages. If you dislike customer service, may I suggest NOT working in a facility where you should be helping people.

Worst post office in the area. They are not willing to help you send your mail out if you are coming from a different zip code bc they claim to not receive "credit" aka a raise for their services, which they don't deserve anyways. Vilma is a horrible person and does not want to do her job. Do not go here for anything.

The older lady that works there is very rude and gives attitude. She can easily explain things without acting superior like everybody knows how to mail certain letters/packages.

Unbelievable what happened today at this post office . My wife went there to buy a book of stamps and while waiting in line for over 10 minutes a female employee was offended because my wife had her support dog Penny with her and she was told she cannot have that animal in there. After my wife showed the male employee her state Animal support card to him the female literary rolled her eyes and walked away . Unbelievable isn't this America why was she offended? A US state post office.

USPS Morganville Post Office - Phil and John way over 5 stars employees comparing with national average. For all customers complains, I will like to know them job relating ratings.
