Lost my package and made up story that the sorting building collapsed and that’s why the mail is being late.The building collapsed month prior to my shipping attempt.Now it’s almost a month no sign of any movement after I dropped my package at this location.Employees are rude and nasty.

i’ve dealt with cindy on many occasions. some days she is nice and other days not so much. today, as others have stated, she was incredibly rude beyond comprehension. i had come in with a pre-stamped envelope. i asked her if i had enough stamps. she weighed the package, then told me “no you have to pay an extra amount”. i pulled my card out to pay the difference and she rudely tells me “no you have enough stamps, if you didn’t talk over me you would have known”. and then she proceeds to count the value of each stamp out to me like i am five… so which one is it? not enough stamps or enough?? with her shoddy attitude, she should not hold her job at this location anymore and i will be filing a complaint with corporate

You might get some questions, but wont be turned down here - because its "too busy" - these ladies do their job and try their best to smile while doing it - thanks for your hard work and helpfulness

Cindy may be one of the rudest workers I’ve ever met. I went in and politely asked for a label, and got yelled at. She should not be working with people, she’s infamous around town for being so rude. I dread whenever I have to go to this location, which is stark contrast to the great postal workers I’ve interacted with in the past.

The staff here is extremely rude. I had visited this location three times in a span of 2 years and every single time the staff is extrely rude and to the other patrons.
Around the 1st week of September, I visited this location to mail a flat rate box. Apparently the boxes are kept at the back of the office. I politely asked for one priority box. She got up with a huge sigh and her face kind of annoyed that she had to run to the back. It was almost she wished I would not ask for a box. As she came out from the back, I asked that would she actually give me a bigger box as well so I can just mail another one all together. She got even more annoyed and gave another sigh that again showed that she is annoyed. There was another customer waiting and she was shocked as well.
I am posting this review because I am disappointed that this type of attitude is tolerated in a public office in such a wonderful town.
I hope somebody in this post office can read all the negative reviews and improve service.
