I ordered online through Amazon and my delivery was on time, beautifully and as expected everything was top notch.TBC I could not find a way to add a tip but it was automatically added. I’m not sure how I feel about that but it’s something I would have done anyway. I have no complaints. This is my new go to for online grocery shopping. Thank you for the excellent service.

Don't do an Amazon grocery delivery order, unless you dont want it to show up and Whole Foods to blame Amazon. Have called Amazon and they said it was canceled by WF, then I went to Whole Foods and the manager says it's ALLLLL Amazon's fault. BUT...the Amazon driver never got my groceries. So, it stands to reason that the WF shopper simply got lazy and cancelled my grocery order. But WF is saying, "Oh, we can't cancel an order! That wasn't us!" Except, according to Amazon...they can. So nobody gets to take responsibility, everybody blames everyone else and I'm out $150 for the next 10 days waiting for my bank to refund me what Whole Foods failed to deliver. I'll go elsewhere.

Visited Whole Foods for the second time in a few months and although first impressions were great, this time around I noticed subtle but important differences from our first visit. First the salad bar. A lot fewer items than those in Virginia. Also the salad bar boxed used for salads are only large. No small boxes and an employee said none ever in this location. So when you check out you are forced to use the larger box process even if it's a small salad that would be in a small box. Where you find utensils to eat, we are used to having water available with cups. Not at this location. Finally where it mattered most. We are used to picking up chicken or fish salad to make sandwiches. The food seemed no fresh and we could not eat our sandwiches. So disappointing. Still nice to have a Whole Foods in the area.

Don’t know what’s going on but overall experience has gone down. I buy whole wheat breads and it’s been twice that I see mold the day after buying it. I also go in on Saturdays and see empty sections in the produce. Don’t even feel like spending money here if it’s a hit or miss experience.

Whole Foods prices have increased dramatically prior to covid, and since covid, their prices continue to increase.I'm not always pleased with their customer service. When Whole Foods transitioned from plastic to paper, a staff member followed me out of the store and asked me if I forgot to pay. I reported the incident to customer service, but apparently, nothing was done as the staff member still works at the store. I was recently at self-checkout and a staff member was standing almost behind me as i was scanning my items and i kindly requested she not stand behind me because it made me uncomfortable, she was rude and replied the space limited and I could use the regular check out line. I was annoyed and told her I could checkout wherever I wanted. I personally believe the two incidents I referenced were classic racial profiling. I don't believe this would have happened if I wasn't a person of color. As a result, I don't shop at Whole Foods as frequently and will likely stop completely due to better customer service elsewhere and better priceing and shopping options

Went to return an Amazon purchase and ended up buying some pre-cut fruit. It was delicious. Although there was 2 ppl working @ the Amazon desk and I was next in line. Another girl was who just walked up was taken in front of the line by the lady working there. I did let her know that I was next and the Amazon lady was super rude.

Whole foods as a concept is great, just healthy good food without additives, but that definitely comes at a price and it may seem bourgeoisie. But let's be honest, if you can afford it, it's a great treat. Their bread is great so is their hot sauces. I mean as a whole it's an experience, also Amazon drop off is very convenient. The staff is helpful too.

Warm and welcoming, the exterior invites you into the building. Once you get there, the very warm, friendly people inside make you feel like home. I really mean that, too. I smiled the whole time I was there to return some Amazon stuff. I love it!!

First time shopping here and was very impressed with how clean and organized the store was. Its such a different shopping experience than places like acme and shoprite. I was looking for a specific product and the second i turn around im greeted by a friendly associate who was very helpful. Not used to such great customer service at a food store. Cashier was very sweet too. All around great experience and will definitely start shopping here more often

May 2023,I love this store ? ❤️ ?Everything in this store is fresh and healthy . When things are on sale, it's the cheapest price in town. This includes ShopRite or Walmart.Just like any store, some things are crazy expensive, just like everywhere. The service is AMAZING ! If you have a question, they will have the answer.Parking is plentiful, and also Handicapped spots.

The best red bell peppers I've ever had, the best buffalo chicken pizza in a 20 mile radius (not up for discussion, this is fact), fantastic staff, and efficient design.

Really nice whole foods. Great selection of produce, cheese, meets, and seafood. Very well organized and clean. The pickup service is great but they should have a designated area to pick up groceries ( i. e. Stand here for pickup).Areas of improvement:Staff needs to be trained to be friendlier, specially the butcher section and seafood area.Designated pickup area.

I Love Whole Foods and this one didn't disappoint either. Wide selection of all the healthy things you can't find elsewhere around here or at your "local" food store. 5 stars for me.
