Walked in the store, two employees were SO busy talking to each other at the register. I was the ONLY customer in the store. They ignored me the entire time. I wasn't greeted nor I wasn't acknowledged. Soon a family walked in and one employee walked from behind the register to greet them. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I left because I know where my business isn't wanted. As I walked out an employee sarcastically screamed HAVE A FANTASIC DAY!!! Unbelievable. I went to the Voorhees location and was ignored exactly the same way.
Clearly both stores have the same GM and are instructing the employees to ignore people of color.

I came here with my newborn and toddler, and I can’t appreciate enough the amount of enthusiasm and assistance Kathleen give into her job. She entertained my toddler while at the same time helped us picked the right wall fragrance and single wick candles that were on sale. Thank you very much and much appreciated!

I placed an order online and the Web got it all mixed up and sent me to the store in Voorhees and I wasn't sure what I ordered but that girl walked around with me very patient and picked out all the ones that I mentioned and even once I wasn't sure about you figured it out. Great store.
