Ms.Leonie and Ms.Kayla are the BEST teachers that are parent could ask for! My five year old absolutely adores them, and i love how they genuinely care about the children's education and treats everyone equally. They also are great at forming close bonds with the kids and building on their weaknesses. I've give them 10 stars if I could.

This place has been absolutely amazing to me and my two twin girls . They have been attending since they were 2 years old. Very professional and very attentive. Anytime my daughters had an Incident I was always made aware. My girls knew they’re abc’s quickly after attending I was so happy on how much progress has been made . They are so happy and have lots of friends everyone is so very communicative. The school director is always planning fun things , also keeps me aware of new activities . The teachers are respectful, fun, and definitely always gave me daily updates . We’ll definitely keep in touch after graduating!

COA in Marlton is AWESOME!!! Direcor Luis, Lionie and Kylie all really care about the kids. The entire staff is great. Any negative reviews must be made up. Of all the daycares/schools that my 4 kids have attended, this place is the best by far. I just wish I found it sooner. Such a great atmosphere and learning environment! Thanks for all that you do COA. I highly recommend CIA marlton to anyone looking for a great place for your kids at a really reasonable price!!

As a parent, I entrusted this daycare with my child’s care, but unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing and troubling.
There is a concerning pattern of unprofessional behavior from the leadership. The director frequently engages in gossip, creating an uncomfortable and distrustful environment for both parents and staff. Instead of addressing concerns constructively, the administration has been known to use DCF (Department of Children and Families) as a means to intimidate or silence parents who voice legitimate complaints — a tactic that is not only unethical but extremely distressing for families.
Additionally, the assistant director has demonstrated racially insensitive behavior, which makes this environment feel unsafe and unwelcoming for families of diverse backgrounds. This is unacceptable in any setting, especially one responsible for the care and development of young children.
I strongly urge other parents to thoroughly research and ask detailed questions before enrolling their children here. Your child’s well-being and your peace of mind deserve better.

We love! This school so far Mr.luis is really, really dedicated to help parents always. Ms. Amy and Ms.Liza are amazing teachers.
I really do appreciate the teachers, front desk in this school. I go to work and my heart is at peace cause I know she is in good hands. My baby is new so I know she’s having a hard time to adjust and being shy but I see how she trust her 2 teachers. Thank you.

This review is strictly for corporate and the billing department! I’ve had multiple issues with the billing department at this childcare facility and the fact that it continues to happen and there is no real accountability is disturbing. The billing Department on multiple occasions has overcharged my account and they take the money out that is not the correct amount per the signed contract and when they are notified of the mistake, they give parents a credit instead of a refund. As a working mother with children to feed someone taking more money out of my account and then giving me a credit does not help me and my family or other families, and children of America does not seem to understand the consequences this has on families and has not taken steps to make sure that this doesn’t continue to happen. This apparently happens to the teachers that work for them as well and this is very sketchy and unacceptable business practices. There’s no accountability they want to try to hit you with as many fees as possible, even hidden fees that aren’t listed anywhere on sign contracts. It’s very disturbing the practices that are taking place. The tone deafness and lack of empathy just reeks of yet another corporation out for one thing! The teachers and director at this location are all amazing!!!!!!!!!!
UPDATE: after speaking to a support specialist and addressing my concerns including the overall concerns I had. I appreciate that COA to take a step back and put themselves in their families shoes we were able to have a great conversation about my experiences and feelings. COA has assured me a review of my account weekly will take place to avoid any future mistakes that may arise. I have confidence that this is a great learning opportunity for how to address future issues across the board.

My son has been in the toddler room at CoA Marlton since August 2024, and I’m so impressed with how much he’s learned! The activities the teachers plan are both fun and educational, and it’s amazing to see him picking up new skills and knowledge all the time.
The daycare has a wonderful outdoor space for toddlers, and I love that the older kids have their own separate play area. There’s even a fun indoor play space, which is great for days when the weather doesn’t cooperate.
All the teachers I’ve met have been incredibly kind, but I want to give a special shoutout to Ms. Katie, Ms. Liv, and Ms. Lisa for the extra care and attention they’ve shown my son. It means so much to know he’s in such loving hands.

I can't say enough good things about COA Daycare/two A&B class! The staff is incredibly caring and professional, and my child absolutely loves it here. Teachers Lisa, Carina, Leah, Davia, and Bri are all fantastic! They are attentive, kind, and truly make an effort to understand each child’s needs and interests. The environment is warm and welcoming, and I always feel confident knowing my child is in such capable hands. I highly recommend COA Daycare to any parent looking for a supportive and nurturing place for their little ones!

We are so happy with COA! My daughter started here about 6 months ago when she was 18 months old. I struggled with PPD/PPA and this was very hard for me. Everyone at COA made that transition much easier. I also love being able to check the cameras whenever I'm missing her and need a dose of my baby. The folks at COA are very much a family, and when you join, you are part of the family. We knew going into it that my daughter was going to need Early Intervention Services, but the teachers here noticed quickly, and with a great bedside manner, they discussed it with us. My daughter now has three therapists that go to the school weekly, and her teachers are so engaged and eager to learn from them. She is making incredible progress. We don't know anyone here personally, and still, I truly feel like my child is loved at this place.About the cleanliness, this facility is clean. For what it's worth, I have a background in nursing, and I wouldn't send my kid if I thought the place was unclean. Sure, I've walked in and it smelled like there was a blowout by the infant room, but that seems fair given the amount of babies and probability of it happening once or twice a week? The surfaces are clean and my daughter is clean when she comes home. She doesn't have diaper rashes and I get a phone call for every boo-boo.We really love the staff and the program. They have a music therapist who interacts with all of the kids and my daughter went from kicking & screaming during music time to singing at home. Their food program is great and allows my daughter to be exposed to a lot of different tastes and textures. The director is the biggest, loveable dork (who can take that joke) and if he wasn't doing this I think he'd be the next member of The Wiggles or trying out to be a mascot for a new kids show. I love my daughter's teachers, and even the ones I don't know somehow know my daughter. We're really grateful we found COA.

Our child has been at COA since 13 months, now 3 years old. We have had a wonderful experience the entire time. The management and staff is friendly, easy to work with, and communicate well. I also like the robust curriculum and convenience of meals provided. I know our child is safe and cared for.

Our son started at COA Marlton at 8 weeks old, and we couldn't be happier with the love and support we've felt since day 1. Attention to details, cleanliness, and professionalism are only a few examples they excel in. We highly recommend them to friends and family that want to feel they're little ones are safe and happy.

We seem to have had similar bad experience as others. The place is not the cleanest and it does smell in the classrooms almost every time we walked in a classroom. Beyond the teachers are nto as caring as we would like them to be (no one will treat your kids like their own and we get it) but they leave kids uncleaned - running nose - diapers unchanged - bruised.Very common trend has been every time something was brought up they have defended themselves in terms of the incident rather then acknowledging the mistake. There seems no qualification requirements for the teacher or an professional background for child care.As mentioned, Overall it has been a bad experience with complains.
