My wife and I were looking for a particular dry cat food made by Earthborn. The company was changing their packaging. And nobody had the product in stock. Called Concord, and they had one of the old bags left. Somehow, they also got their hands-on 2 of the newer bags, but they were all small in size.
Anyway, they were very gracious and held them for us while we drove to pick them up. While in the store, their customer service was fantastic. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful.
I took a minute to look around the store and it has quite a lot to offer. I highly recommend checking out this place of business on route 73.

Staff is so bad here. I asked for 3 items and they barely looked up from their phones and then pointed. I was ready to spend and instead walked out with nothing. Are the owners aware or even care? Probably not.

Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Selection of quality products was impressive, especially considering the size of the store itself. Unfortunate that they’re tucked into a back corner of the plaza on Rt 73 (next to Carrabbas plaza, either right before or right after Sunbird Dr., depending on direction you’re coming from).

My 10 year old son said it had nothing but toys and he didn't enjoy the store at all.

Second time in this place on a Saturday to purchase Fromms food. I get the large bag $70+ dollars. The kids (paid employees?) literally sit on their phones and don’t help me at all. I left without buying anything. I’m buying on Amazon. I hate to do that, as I try to purchase in brick and mortars, but this was not even minimal service…it was abominable. I told the kids they were lazy and walked out…. Whoever is paying these kids, they are doing your store a disservice. Is the Concord pet in Cherry Hill a different owner? Maybe I’ll try there first, maybe the staff there takes pride in their work.

Staff is rude and unhelpful. Wouldn’t recommend. There’s barely anything in the store and the stuff they do have is overpriced. Heading back to Petsmart.

Concord pets was the worst. I walked in the store, I am the only person the store and there three people are behind the counter on their phones and I was never acknowledged. I was also looking at the displays at the counter, and still never acknowledged. I get a bully stick and an antler and it rang up to $120. I said how much is the antler they said $85. It clearly said the antler was $39 on the display ($39 was the most expensive bin). I told the guy the bin said $39 and he just shrugged his shoulders. Another employee went to look at the display and came back and never said anything. I just walked out. The customer service was terrible.

I find it truly disgraceful that when I took my 1 year old puppies who are trained to heel and lay down and did so while I engaged a 30 minute conversation with the gentleman who came from behind the counter and asked to pet my puppies and he did. As I counted the money I stood on their leashes and my male puppy stood up when another customer walked in at which she shrieked but my dog was on a 4 ft lead so he was still 10 feet from her at which she continued on after I rang up and out everythibg back in my cart the employee made a comment about having better control of my puppies. I was taken aback because this was after his comment about how well they behaved even while there was another dog in the store. This was after he asked me what language my puppies were being trained in while they walked the entire store at a heel and laid down every time I stopped to pick an item up.. this is while the other dog was in the store Knocking items off the shelves and pulling all over. I told the employee I thought his comment was rather rude considering I just came in and dropped 300 dollars and that I come in weekly and drop 200/300 ... He told me he doesn't care if I drop 1000 that my one year old PUPPIES were out of control.. yeah this is after telling me how well the behaved and a puppy that broke a lay is out of control I do t think so.

Ok seriously, if your pet happens to love treats, do them a solid and go here! Sooooo many kinds of pet food and treats to choose from, and many are organic or grain-free. I "stopped in" the other day and ended up spending almost an hour.

I’ve been buying Fromm chicken a La veg for my dog since she was a puppy, 4 years. A couple weeks back, there were LIVE worms in the food, right from the bag. I called Concord to explain the situation and they informed me there was nothing they could do… I’ve been coming here for 95% for my dogs needs. I will never be back. I used to recommend them, the carelessness and lack of professionalism of the situation will steer me to another store. My dogs been sick, pathetic.
