I got to be honest because I don’t usual write reviews but, Big shoutout to CVS in Marlton NJ on route 73. It’s been my pharmacy for years and today the service rep (Kristin) in the pharmacy drive through was phenomenal.

6/12/25 I was at cvs 360 route 73 south in marlton. Employee Jannis at the pharmacy was very unprofessional and rude. I had my barcode ready and she could reach it but told me to move my car closer because “it helps us” and rolled her eyes. She refused to say hi or smile. If she couldn’t reach she should have asked for my name and date of birth. No need to be on a power trip. Get a new job if you don’t like yours! I am emailing the store manager as well as the general manager.

Worst CVS ever. The staff is rude and doesn’t belong in customer service. Hours state they open at 8 on certain days however they never open on time. The miserable old lady that opened the store 6 minutes late and walked in with her customers does not to deserve to be in the face of the public.

The pharmacy at this location is absolutely awful. I had a terrible experience. I am currently 38 weeks pregnant and I came in around 34 weeks with an appointment for an RSV vaccine. As soon as I walked in, I waited to check in and all the workers behind the counter saw me and not one greeted me or asked if I’m being helped, so I stood there for 10 minutes. Finally a pharmacist comes up and just asks what I’m there for and takes my insurance card. She has no idea what she’s doing, asks me what insurance I have even though she’s looking directly at my card and didn’t enter it properly and advised my insurance doesn’t cover a vaccine when in fact my insurance company does fully cover it. She threw the card back at me and said she just “can’t help me”. I’ve worked in customer service most of my life, and I was astounded at the way I was treated at this location. I use the CVS on Greentree and in the Target on 73, and both are a lot more accommodating and pleasant to work with. I do not recommend this location.

CVS is cheating customers with there coupons.
If you have a 40% off coupon they should take it off the original price.
If you have a coupon for money they take the money off first and then give you the coupon discount. This means you do not get the value of the discount on the item.
This method of discounting coupons means CVS benefits not the customer. This could be a 10% loss to the customer.

I recently switched from another CVS and I am extremely happy with this location. The staff are friendly, proactive and med request are filled promptly.

Pharmacist was very rude and just mean. Maybe she was having a bad morning but I walked up to pick up meds for my parents and she just ignored me for like 10 mins. I understand if it was busy with lines of people but it was just me in line and she’s not even acknowledging me for that long and she’s standing right in front of me. Then when she finally came up she was so rude! I am just glad this is not my cvs location. Shout out to cvs in Voorhees. The pharmacist are kind and helpful
