This pharmacy is very busy and very understaffed. After waiting 15 minutes in line ( racks in the line had dirty tissues and used masks) my prescription was not ready. The tech was very nice and I felt bad for her. It was total chaos!

Horrible pharmacy. Poorly run. If you see 2+ people in line don’t be fooled, you’re going to be here for 30+ mins. I called about my prescription but they don’t answer the phone and the phone prompts on their system are poorly set up so I can’t find out via the phone if my prescription is ready. I then went inside to wait in line, only two people in line but waited 25mins. Then I get up there to find out my prescription isn’t even ready! So now I get to do this again in 30 mins! They tell me they’re short staffed, but it doesn’t explain why the two people standing in the back can’t answer the phone. Sounds like a lame excuse to be lazy.

this pharmacy is the worst run anything ive ever been to. they have way too few staff for how many people are always waiting and the staff who are here seem to be on their first day. takes them forever to fill a script or serve customers. im switching and driving an extra 15 minutes to a further location. stay away!

I didn’t want to leave a bad review for this location but after having to wait in the drive thru pick up several times for more than 15 min each time I realized that maybe someone should know their drive thru pharmacy needs attention and is very slow.CVS, if you are reading this, hire more people or make your process faster.

I went to the store today to get cough medicine. I had to press a customer service button for an employee to open the the drawer for the couch medicine. He was very nice. However, I went to self check out line and beeper went off that I had to pull out my license to verify 18 or older due to cough medicine. The women at the cash register keep talking to customer in line. Then after the customer left another women slowly and casually walked up to the cashier. The cashier knew I needed her help but ignored me and yet again started casual conversation with the customer instead of helping me. I left since no one helped me for 10 minutes Everytime I go to CVS the self check is useless because you always need to get an attendant. I will not be returning . Get it together CVD.

5 people working in the pharmacy. None of them look like they know what they are doing. Every interaction involves 3 or 4 people and none of them seem to have the right answer. I have never been to a cvs where there are so many people working but no one seems to be helping a single customer

I went through the drive thru and was first in line. The women said over the speaker that someone will be with me in a minute. I waited for 25 minutes in line giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was busy. I left and decided to go inside before they close for lunch. Only to find out there was a ton of help in the back and a couple of people waiting in line.

A young male CVS associate at the Marlton, NJ location was a MVP tonight. My husband had to have a passport photo for an 8am appointment at the Philadelphia Passport office tomorrow. We had been to two other CVS’s and their photo machines were closed. At 9:45pm, I called the Marlton store and the young man confirmed he could help us if we got there within 30 minutes. When we arrived, he was ready, friendly, and efficient. He saved us from missing an emergency appointment at the passport agency tomorrow am and we are so grateful.

A group of customers and I were there at about 9:00 p.m. a few of us were in self-checkout, we both hit the call for assistance bell no one came. We looked around and didn't see anyone, after nearly 10 minutes of waiting around with some we still literally could not find anyone. A few customers decided to walk around to try and find someone, with a kind of "hello anyone here". After about 15 minutes of searching to see if there were any cashiers. One customer found a lady that was in the back she eventually came to help. She looks surprised to see the group of customers and said that there was supposed to be someone there? Just strange

I went to this CVS to get my Covid shot. When I got there, I walked back to the pharmacy area and saw a girl sitting at a table with a red table cloth. I walked-up and said I was there for a Covid shot. She looked surprised and said that they did not take walk-ins. I told her that I had just read on their website that walk-ins were welcome. She said that I could make an appointment and wait in line for 45 minutes to get a shot. I looked around, saw no one giving any shots, and saw people lined-up and waiting in an aisle. I was not at all impressed. I left and have never returned. Believe it or not, I have received more efficient, professional and courteous service at the Marlton Walmart!

This CVS pharmacy location is despicable. The store in general is horrendous. It’s unfortunate it’s the closest to my house. The store is NEVER well stocked. Staff is sparse if you actually need to pick up anything or get rung up by someone who isn’t self checkout. The pharmacy NEVER has meds ready no matter how many hours since it’s been called in. My children have had delayed antibiotics on numerous occasions because of the poor functionality of this place.

Went in to pick up a new prescription. It was $30 at Shoprite a few months ago, CVS wanted $160. I asked the pharmacist why the huge price change? Her response was “I don’t know, you’ll need to go to the consultation booth” so I waited in that line for 15 mins, before, leaving to return another day. Yesterday, I returned, same question, same answer. Ok fine, it is, what it is. I stopped over at shoprite and asked them why the huge price difference? Shoprite automatically used a coupon code from GoodRX. Seriously? Nobody at the CVS pharmacy is aware of these coupon codes? Is the staff instructed to not tell customers?? Unbelievable. I want an answer. Why did I just pay $120 more than the pharmacy around the corner? How many people are just scraping buy for other life saving drugs, that aren’t aware of this racket.
