Data harvesting scum. Went at 730 on tuesday March 4th and the cashier, presumably acting manager at the time, said the system NEEDED a phone number to complete the transaction. Insisted this was the case and allowed me to walk out of the store instead of completing the sale
So its either poor business etiquette, or dishonest employees. I suggest DSW get to the bottom of it either way

You can't buy anything at this store without signing up with your name and phone number, but there's no sign that states members only walking in. Spend time looking for shoes and I wasn't able to purchase them.

I had surgeries on both feet and I am so grateful that DSW carries shoes that I can wear. i just bought 2 pairs of the Sketchers Gogomax and they have a stretch mesh that is very comfortable and can accommodate my new thick orthotics. I also bought 5 pairs of the Sketchers Gowalk and have only been able to wear these shoes since my surgeries. I like that they look ok when I'm dressed up almost every day and they don't hurt my feet while showing houses to my Buyers. I highly recommend these shoes for anyone who has had foot problems or have painful bunions. The staff is always helpful and I love that they are 2 minutes away from our home.

I ordered sandals online and after 3 days I didn't see any confirmation or tracking #. I called the store and the manager Colleen helped me and called me as soon as they came in. She went above and beyond . Thanks Colleen !!

The store was super clean & super organized. However a lot of price discrepancies… i found a shoe in clearance for 79.99 & the same exact shoe was being displayed for 49.99 regular price. Not sure whats going on there but i appreciate them honoring the price! The employee melody was very rude & unprofessional. She gave me such a nasty attitude because I brought this to her attention… she even lifted her finger at me to stop talking. The store was great but customer service is garbage.

I'll never order anything from DSW ever again. I ordered snow boots back on January 18th and a month passed and I didn't receive any updates. My order just said in progress. I emailed customer service and they got back to me right away. They said that the boots were delivered to the store back on January 24th but no one updated the order so I didn't receive a notification. Since a week passed and I didn't pick them up they sent them back to the warehouse and cancelled the order. They acted like it was my fault I didn't pick them up but it's not my fault someone didn't do their job and update the order or contact me. They said they would issue me a refund and give me $10 off my next order and instead they just removed the charge from my account altogether.
