“Smart bodies is an excellent facility. The trainers are superb. They take the time to make sure that you do your exercises correctly. They also challenge you to do things that you normally wouldn’t undertake yourself. My trainer. Mike is excellent. I highly recommend him as well as all the other trainers that smart bodies.”
“Actually clean locker room and bathroom especially compared to the other La Fitness in the area. Gym is well lit as well. Very bright space.
Two issues. First the sauna. It is not set at 180 degrees. Not sure what it’s set at but I can Assure you it’s not 180 degrees. Second, there is no basketball court. They once had but removed it for some reason.”
