Samsung Beverage center refrigerator 2022(warranty expired) not cooling or freezing. Compressor went on it and John did a couple of test on it, gave me the bad news; he informed me of the cost. I decided to go with a new fridge, since fixing this one would cost more than purchasing a new model. Definitely šš¼ helped to have them come out and look. I called yesterday and scheduled next day. Texted that they were running behind schedule. Great communication.

I am so grateful to Scott from Mr. Appliance of Cherry Hill! Using the auto-clean feature of my stove, the door lock motor failed leaving my oven door locked after the cleaning cycle. My oven would not open. Scott quickly opened my oven door and checked to make sure the oven was working properly. The price was exactly as agreed upon in advance.
Additionally, I was able to schedule an appointment the day after I called for one. I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance for any repairs. They were quick, courteous, knowledgeable, and reasonable.
Also, NEVER use the auto clean feature on an oven. This is apparently a pretty common problem.

I made my appointment online right on their website. The process was Super easy. Valentino was on time within the timeframe that was given to me. He was very friendly and professional on troubleshooting my refrigerator problem. Unfortunately it would be too much to repair but he gave me all my options. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I would definitely not recommend buying anything LG. 5 years old and now trash. Do better LG

I hired Mr. Appliance of Cherry Hill to repair our electric ceramic cooktop. I thought our cooktop was overheating. Alain Dusape arrived and checked the cooktop. He informed me that the cooktop seemed to be working OK and asked how I use the cooktop. I showed him how I turn on the burners, and he informed me that I was using two of my burners incorrectly because they are Dual Burners. He showed me how to use the dual burners correctly. Now my cooktop seems to be working fine. I had another repairman out here before from another company and that person never mentioned why my cooktop was overheating. I learned something new from Alain.
