The staff was accommodating. I came back quite a few times to revise the color of a wall match and they were helpful every time. They were also able to answer any general questions about paint I had. They satisfied all my paint needs. I would come back here again and recommend to others.
I would like to add, because it may be helpful to know: when you ask them for a wall color match and they make a paint can for you, you can continue to revise the color of that match for no additional cost so long as they don't have to make a new paint can. When I came in they made a color that matched my wall. I took it home and brought it back where they went through 4 or 5 different color iterations to match my wall more to my liking, all at no additional cost because they were simply adding hues to the original can of paint I bought. I came back for a third time because I decided to go with the original color they had picked out. Because they had no way of tracking back to the original color, and they needed to make a new paint can, they were not able to do this for no additional cost, however the representative I was working with met me halfway and was able to offer me a discount for the second paint can. This was not immediately obvious to me as they accepted my initial color requests for no extra charge and I was unaware of their tracking process. This does not change my level of satisfaction with the service I received, I am just putting it out there as I think people should be aware of this.

Mo at Ricciardi Brothers in Marlton went out of his way to help me solve a tricky problem, worked on it on his own, followed up when he said he would, and then made the whole transaction easy for me when I had to ask someone else to pick up my order. It went so well it was almost unsettling - I experienced a level of quality service I haven't seen in years, and it was awesome. I can't recommend this location enough. If you're in South Jersey, Marlton Ricciardi Brothers should be your go-to every time.
