Tried many times , most likely stylists have no idea how to cut man hair, this time was the worst of all, I have my neck is cut with broken machine and I didn't realize till get home to see my neck is bleeding. No attention at all to details. Never again!

Disappointed by my experience taking my children there yesterday. The one woman was very nice & took her time doing my son's hair & did a great job. The other woman was rude, never smiled, rushed through it, didn't do anything close to what we asked for and then proceeded to over charge me for kids hair cuts. Also, when I asked her to trim up little wispy hairs along his side burns she told me, "That's his hair line. If we trim that he will look bald." I guess she's never heard of a shape up which is odd seeing that she works in a men's hair salon. I wanted to argue with her & tell her I have been cutting my kids hair for years & have done it myself many times & it never looked bad or made him bald. Very odd. I will be calling back today to rectify her over charging but the more I think about it the more frustrated I get.

Katie did both my boys haircuts! She is super friendly, great customer service, and my kids love getting there haircuts with them! She is the sweetest and I would 100% recommend her for your haircut needs… Brittany also did my others sons haircut at the salon when we were here and had great customer service to myself and my kids, very kind and friendly! Your online check in system sucks. Very user unfriendly. I just tried to make an appointment for tomorrow. Got error messages and messages that I could not make an appointment because the store is closed.So much for making an appointment the day before you want to get a haircut. We took our grandson for his first cut. Lily was warm welcoming & patient. She swirled around him so wonderfully. I don’t know anyone who could do what she was able to to. Lily went above & beyond just a haircut. Thank you Lily. You are amazing.Service: Kids' cuts

Clean place, nice setup and usually on time with the online check ins. Walk-ins are welcome, however they are usually busy and will have to wait unless you check in online. Stylists can be hit or miss but most care about the job they do and ask exactly what you want, I have yet to have a bad experience.

Maybe the worst SC of them in this area. Walked in to the shop with no one getting a cut, and the 2 ladies available. I get one who doesn't invite me back, goes into the back for a bit while the other one just continues playing on her phone. Then when I sit down asks what I want(how is it every other one knows on my profile but you dont?) And then when she's done with the cut, doesn't ask me if I want a Triple Play or MVP. I usually hook it UP with a fat tip here but not today. Be nicer Desirae.Service: Haircut

Worst haircut in 10 years for my son: large clipper chunks and waves that I had to fix with my own clippers. The “stylist” was rude from the moment of check-in, to when she called us to the chair, to when she was asking about how to cut his hair, to when I tried to point out some of the unevenness, and even during checkout. I was supposed to get my hair cut, but decided I had enough of this location, since another stylist messed up my hair last month and this woman today was the last straw.

This was my first time going to Sportclips in NJ. I was regular with them during my time in Dallas. I ended up going here hoping for the same experience. My haircut was done in 10 mins and the hair on top ended up uneven and far more shorter than instructed. Very disappointed ?!!!
