My daughter and I stopped in so provisions for the second time. The first time I went there I bought two pair of shoes. I like them so much that I went back for third time and Rosanna was our sales person. She was absolutely amazing. She had me try on every shoe that I was interested in and if I felt it was a little bit not right she got another shoe out and nothing was too much for her. We wanted to help her put the shoes in the boxes but she was fine. I definitely will be back when I know Rosanna is working mainly because of the time she gave us making sure we were satisfied with our products and we know we will definitely be back again. We love the sneakers now I have three pair of sneakers that will make myneuropathy so much better thank you for having such a great employee.

The store is very nice. The customer service wasn’t that great. This was on Sunday May 11 at around 3:30 P.M. We walked in and the lady working there, didn’t welcome us or anything. She helped us with shoes and everything but she seemed very uncomfortable helping we’re hispanic I don’t know if that makes a difference. We still bought some sandals because it was a nice selection. Even made a joke to see if she would respond but nothing looked at us with a disgust look. Don’t remember her name, but it was a very awkward and not a very welcoming service.

I stopped in because my running sneakers are wearing out after a few years. I wanted to scope out all the different brands to see what would be best for me. Rossana met me with such warmth and enthusiasm! She not only was amiable, but she also knew her stuff! She gave me all the ins and outs of each shoe brand and each line so that I could make an educated decision. I highly recommend!

I was wandering by and saw this new store with amazing shoes in the window. What? In Marlton? Of course I had to go in. Wow! What an amazing selection of beautiful comfort shoes! Great salespeople too (thanks, Kelsey! )! I don't need to shlep into Philly anymore to go shoe shopping!

Very disappointed that I went through the trouble of ordering shoes online that reported were available to only be told days later that they were indeed unavailable. I will not be shopping there again.

Terrific customer service! Rossana brought out 12 different pairs to try on. She was patient and helpful. Bought 3 pairs!

What an amazingly pleasant experience at the Marlton Vionic store with Kelsey! She was so pleasant and helpful in my quest to find a comfortable great looking black sandal on sale. Not only did she show me every black sandal on sale, she was able to describe the fit of every one and I walked out with two black sandals and a pair of sneakers! Love this store for great fitting shoes and sandals! Kudos to you Kelsey!

Rosanna orchestrated a pleasant and fruitful shopping experience for me. She recognized me from a previous visit to the store. Rosanna brought several styles in my size for me to try on. She made recommendations and ensured I had my free gift (shoe bag). I appreciated the customer service, attentiveness and the celebration of spring snacks. I look forward to future shopping trips to the store.

Had such a great experience at this store. The woman that helped me (sorry didn’t get her name) was so helpful and very friendly. Went above and beyond with a return for me and helped me get the right size I needed. The customer service was fantastic!!! Highly recommend this location!

I had two amazing experiences at this store. So impressed. Rosanna was AWESOME! Very helpful. Picked out shoes for me to try on and helped me find the right sizes. They have an excellent return policy. Would definitely recommend .

The girl was obviously not interested in helping anyone. We had to ask for the foot covers to try on shoes, and it took a couple of minutes to get any answers from her. I will not be going back there.
