“I did not stop in anthropology to shop. That was my original intention until I realized I had left my phone in an Uber. Thank goodness I chose to go in to anthropology. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who helped me, but she did everything in her power to help me, despite the fact that she was working. I truly appreciate that. She called taxicab companies – none of which answered. She offered me a few suggestions and told me how to get to the security office. This woman is someone anthropology can be very proud of. I cannot thank her enough for her help.”

“This is the first time I’ve ever been into a Soma, and after having children I knew that I needed to be sized. Linda helped me immediately, measured me to get the correct size and gave me a few options. She was not pushy and I felt completely comfortable with her. At the register Sarah rang me up (according to the receipt, I didn’t get her name in store) and I had an equally great experience there and immediately signed up for rewards. I will soon be back to update the rest of my underwear and pajamas and look forward to seeing the ladies again.”

“I had a great experience last week, which was mostly due to Sandy, a sales associate there. I was there on a Sunday afternoon and the store was bustling with customers. Even so, I was immediately greeted and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I was looking for a dress for an outdoor venue wedding. I wasn't overly hopeful, because I had already struck out at a few other stores that afternoon. Sandy asked me a few questions to help me narrow my focus and within two minutes already four dresses for me to try. A few of them I initially refused, because I didn't think they would flatter me. Sandy convinced me otherwise and soon I was in the dressing room with multiple options. I'm typically a private person, but there was a true sense of supportive sisterhood in the common area of the dressing room that day from the other associates and customers. We were all giving each other opinions and support. I left the store that day with multiple options for that wedding, a future wedding and work. I also bought a pair of shoes, that Sandy had pulled for me to wear, while trying on the dresses and jewelry to complement the wedding guest dresses. Sandy knows the merchandise well, has a good sense of style and has the perfect personality. She's a gem and I'll be back for sure.”

“Rachel was such a sweetheart & very helpful these past two days! With the holiday’s approaching, I know shipping can get backed up, but I called the store for updates the last couple days to see if my ‘store pickup’ order has arrived yet. My order unfortunately hasn’t been delivered yet like I was hoping, but Rachel answered my calls both times & tried finding other stores that would have my items in stock, offered to call their customer service to give me the tracking info she didn’t have access to, tried finding similar items in their store & even offered to put them on hold for me. She really was so great & went the extra mile in trying to help me for something completely out of her control! It’s always so nice to speak to somebody who is genuine & wants to help in customer service so I really appreciated all of her help in trying to help me out! Especially when she didn’t have to do all of that for me!”
