“They have good stuff but generally over priced. They also changed their return policy few years ago to one year return policy. No longer the unconditional life time guarantee! Rarely they have a good sale in the store.”
“I did not stop in anthropology to shop. That was my original intention until I realized I had left my phone in an Uber. Thank goodness I chose to go in to anthropology. I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who helped me, but she did everything in her power to help me, despite the fact that she was working. I truly appreciate that. She called taxicab companies – none of which answered. She offered me a few suggestions and told me how to get to the security office. This woman is someone anthropology can be very proud of. “This is a review for the two lovely ladies who helped me on Saturday Feb.21. I needed help finding foundation for my 40th birthday dinner party just a few hours later that same day. There was another customer in front of me, but Tatiana made sure to acknowledge me and let me know she would be right with me. When she came over, she was so patient and encouraging as I shared I don’t wear makeup daily and needed lots of help. She gave me excellent tips and recommendations, then matched me to my shade in Sephora brand “best skin ever”. It looked great in store and perfect all night long. She was genuinely so excited for me on my milestone occasion and it was so appreciated.
While this encounter occurs, I then met my second Lady (funny enough, she is also named Tatiana, with the highlighted hair) who came over and smiled at my excitement. She saw my nail designs and asked about my dress for the evening. When I showed a picture, she said she had a product she wanted to show me. She came over with Fenty diamond bomb mentioning it would look great on my skin and OMG was she 100% correct! I loved it, it gave me a beautiful shimmer all night long that was soft and elegant. Both Tatianas did a fantastic job of making me feel recognized, appreciated and celebrated on my special day. I do not typically leave reviews, but I was so impressed and grateful for both ladies advice and kindness. 5 out of 5 stars is not enough to show how pleased I was and how deeply I appreciate their help. They both gave me great advice for my exact goals. Neither of these ladies were pushy and genuinely listened to me and made recommendations on what I needed and what would be best for me. THANK YOU so much!!”

“My experience at Soma was top tier customer service! I was offered a friendly greeting when I walked into the store. I was then helped by Denise who immediately offered me a fitting and a dressing room. She was very attentive, helping me to pick out different styles, then helping me to try them on. She gave me great advice about how my bras should fit and what I need to do to properly maintain them. Even as I was being assisted at checkout by Verlinda, the three associates there including Denise, took the time to help me pick out each item that I needed in order to get the sale deals! “Rachel was such a sweetheart & very helpful these past two days! With the holiday’s approaching, I know shipping can get backed up, but I called the store for updates the last couple days to see if my ‘store pickup’ order has arrived yet. My order unfortunately hasn’t been delivered yet like I was hoping, but Rachel answered my calls both times & tried finding other stores that would have my items in stock, offered to call their customer service to give me the tracking info she didn’t have access to, tried finding similar items in their store & even offered to put them on hold for me. She really was so great & went the extra mile in trying to help me for something completely out of her control! It’s always so nice to speak to somebody who is genuine & wants to help in customer service so I really appreciated all of her help in trying to help me out! Especially when she didn’t have to do all of that for me!”
