Pay for indoor storage, but it gets more water in it than if you just stored it in your driveway and draining. When I went to pull it for the season it was the worst. I am surprised it didn't sink when they dropped it in the water. My boat is only a small 16' and it was full of water and looked really low... and when I last put it away it was spotless white and you can see in the pictures the watwr has been sitting long enough to grow items on the boat. Just awful experience with how they treat the boats and facility. Note as well that there is no discount for the size boat so it wasn't like they cast mine aside because I paid less, I paid as much as the large boats and if they treated mine this bad I wouldn't want larger boats stored there.You also 100% need a cover, again when it is stored indoors ya shouldn't, the first time I came to use it with my 4 year old I thought it would be nice and easy to just get in and go... no... it took me an hour at the dock to just wash off what looked like 4 years of bird feces and roof pieces when it was only stored for 2 weeks at the start of the season. Consistently this was the case and the cover was placed on it after that. It was an awful experience, my son is very well behaved but when you just have him on the dock for an hour it's hard to keep him in one space while your washing feces off of your boat for an hour.

I wish I didn't even have to give them 1 star. This marina is horrible. The staff is not friendly and the service stinks. Do not keep your boat there. They over charge and it's dirty. They can't even keep good staff. I DO NOT recommend them. They scratched our boat and there's bird crap all over it every year. We spent more time cleaning the crap off of our boat than maintaining it. They raised their storage fees and watch how they word their contracts. If you sell your boat, you cannot get out of it. They will cancel your contract and slide another boat in your spot, meanwhile capitalizing on the fee they've collected from you. Total rip off. Not even worth the convenience of location. Why do you think they have to rent out every inch of their property? They are a mess.

Staff and service at this marina is first class! We purchased a boat that was kept here. Launch was handled professionally, all expectations exceeded 10 fold. We have dock space at home and live about 30 miles away - however I would not hesitate to keep my boat here otherwise. Marina also has an impressive dry indoor boat storage facility, I believe one of the few that offer this kind of service - saves the hassle of bottom paint.

Unfortunately after 11 plus years of utilizing all seasons marina I CAN NOT recommend them. Damaged boat during winter storage due to improper blocking. Placed all weight on keel and cracked keel. Ocean yachts require 4 jack stands per side (8 jack stands) and no more than 200lbs on keel. They blocked with only 2 jack stands on each side and 2 I. Front with no weight on. Dock hand admitted to placing all weight on keel and then blocking. Notified office of damage dock hand did apologize and reblocked boat correctly and wasn't aware even when I asked before haul? Jim (manager) said he would take care of damage. Jim no longer with company. Jennifer, Rachel and Brian been contacted multiple times with NO response. I was willing to work something out. Now almost a year later 5 other friends will not be using this winter. (Six boats lost). This past winter 2 boats fell over. Obviously this marina has gone through some changes and they don't know what they are doing and will not own their mistakes. Last picture is of corrected blocking. Just don't care about anyones property and don't own mistakes.

Went to get bait and some tackle and showroom was basically bare,minnows were half dead. Should have checked but did not. I guess after labor day not good.

Dave Wilson Marine -Dave is the MAN! Takes as much time as needed to fully explain what is going on with your boat and what it will take to get it fixed. Never seems in a rush to get you through the system. Obviously marine mechanics are slammed in the summer and Dave is honest in when he can get to your problems. Most importantly, he takes your call! Super nice guy and has wicked knowledge on marine repair. He is my go-to for everything on my boat.
