Don’t try and use change because gosh forbid you’re a second late it wants $3 more dollars of change or you have to charge $3 to you card and sit there and wait until you hit the minimum time. Plus add on the brush does work with no soap coming out and the hose for the water is just leaking everywhere

7/25/2024 paid $10 for nothing! The only functions that worked were soapy water and rinse. Foaming brush,didnt work.tire cleaner,didnt work. finish protector didnt work. Waited a full minute for water to start as time counted down. Asking for a refund before calling weights and measures. Dont waste your money or your time here!!!

Usually this car wash is fine. Today it ate my $16 cash and apparently the car wash isn’t working but there was no sign up indicating as such… annoying.

Automatic no touch car wash works well. Powerwasher stations are great for boats or atv's too never had to wait in line.

I've taken my car down about a month or so ago & paid for the Platinum Wash (which costs $16), which "includes" 8 more add on wash features then just the 'normal' Bronze Wash (cost $9). When it was finished and I pulled out, my car was STILL DIRTY!!.. There was still the 1 spot of bird poop on the hood, the pollen all in & around the windows and doors, and still has mud on the sides of my tires!... My car was legitimately the same as before I went there. Actually, after I then had dried water spots all over... UN-FRIGGIN-BELIEVABLE !!

I have been using this location for three years because the proximity. I use the automatic wash and it broke down while my car was inside. I backed out and called the number on the building. A nice gentleman answered and took my information to send a refund. The $16.00 never showed up. Today I went back and there was a sign that said closed for maintenance and go to their other location in Ocean City. I went to the Ocean City location and it was closed for maintenance and said to go to this location.

Got a platinum car wash on saturday for veterans day. they picked up a customer . My truck looks fabulous. This was a brushless car wash, completely automatic. Even my tires looked great!

The drying segment is too short. You expect a cleaner car when you buy the most expensive wash. Got me twice, never again.

This review is for the self serve wash. No spot free rinse option (there was an empty slot on the meter, but no sticker - I tried selecting it anyways and nothing came out). Something (wax, maybe?) left the car very sticky. I did rinse (regular wash, as spot free wasn't available) after waxing. Left and went elsewhere to clean my vehicle.

A great do-it-yourself car wash. Plus, they do have a brushless drive-thru car wash if you just need a quick wash. And, they have a full detail service available.
