Don't inconvenience the staff by getting your PCR Covid test there. You will be treated with such distain by the staff. I for one, grow tired of abysmal customer service. If it is such a burden to offer this test, for which they Are paid, they should just get out of the business and let another organization with qualified staff take this on.

If you end up using this CVS for a COVID test, proceed with caution. I booked an appointment to get a PCR test done during the summer. It was a Sunday afternoon and this location is the closest to where I live. Little did I know I made a huge mistake. I went to the drive-thru, as requested, and what did I find but a note on the window saying the pharmacy was closed?! I was LIVID! No calls, no texts, no e-mails to inform me, just a note on the window. I was also hoping at that point that they would automatically reschedule my appointment, or they could, at the very least, shift my appointment to another location..... NOPE!!!! You have to go through the entire process again! Hey CVS, do you think it's fair for your customers to have their appointments cancelled without notice and then they have to go back online and re-do the entire scheduling process twice????? HMM???? In the end, we did end up going back to this CVS and, luckily, there was a pharmacist on-site. But I would tread with caution if you plan to utilize this CVS for something as important and timely as a COVID test.

Signs outside CVS, flu shots available. I went into the 34th street CVS in Ocean City, they told me they were out of shots. Better to reserve online. I went home made a reservation at this CVS. I drove there at my appointment time. I earlier received an automated call to bring my insurance cards. Upon arrival, NO SHOTS HERE EITHER! Pharmacy representative apologized, said CVS system doesn't allow them to report they are out of shots. Totally screwed up system and is it the same system that tracks our prescriptions? I understand this has been going on for some time. Come on CVS management get it right! Disappointed customers and I'm sure it takes a toll on the staff trying to fill prescriptions without meds!
