“It was great experience that evolved from a not so great phone issue. Some how my phone disconnected from at &t because of a failed update. Then it was damaged upon updated via iPhone. I was able to connect with someone with a phone & at this point the phone simply required connectivity with the network. The associates were very helpful & polite to my children & ensure we were satisfied with the service they provide. They also were able to fix the issue with the phone quickly & creatively. It was a Much appreciated visit from those two gentlemen at this particularly store!
