Pools are are an expensive item to invest in and you really need to TRUST your installer. This family run business, in my view, is at the top of the trust list. Did a pool for me in the Crest, and while there were up and downs during construction of a new house, they were top notch.Services: Fiberglass swimming pool construction

Absolutely nothing to complain about. The folks at Smart Pools are pros that stand by their work. They do things the right way so their work can stand on it's own.George, Pete, and Nick made our salt-water auto-chlorinated heated pool a second, aquatic, home.

First, I must say that up till this experience, SP has been out to my home on 3 different occassion's with out an issue other than not coming at the times they said they would. However, the last time they were out, I spoke with the tech Nick re: a leak I had in the filter system that needed attention. It was agreed that it was not that severe and it could be handled more in the "off" season. I was told it would be better to call in late September.While the leak has since gotten worse, I honored Nick's request and did not call till September 25th. Since this time I called 4 times over a 4 week period as well as emailed 4 times. Spoke to George on October 9th wherein he asked me to send pictures of where the leak was and he would get back to me. I sent Lisa P. the pictures on October 12 and still have not heard from anyone. Never a return call from the owner (George). My problem leak now has become a much larger issue. Beware when they say they will handle it....

Smart Pools is the absolute best pool company!! They were the best in price and every step of the way they were amazing. There was an owner here every day of construction and our pool turned out beautiful!!
