This is the second time in the past year they’ve exceeded my expectations. When our battery died after a year and a half, they reminded us of the warranty we’d forgotten, covering it at no cost. Today I dropped my car off for an alignment, and instead of charging for unnecessary work, they found it wasn’t needed and fixed a smaller issue instead—saving me hundreds. “I've been coming to this location now for about 6 years. I came to get a nail patched on my tire. If you buy tires here, you get a lifetime or as long as the tires last, free patch on any tire, if you get a nail or something in it. So I brought my car in to get a patch, and Judy was very sincere and helped me out immensely. I would have driven off with dangerous worn out treadless tires. She really helped me out. I was lucky enough to catch a special going right now, where they have a 6 month 0% interest credit card. She gave me a price that matched the lowest price tire place in this County. Also with the Credit Card, I believe I get $150 rebate with it. Judy deserves a raise. She's very knowledgeable, sincere, and expressive. In which I am very grateful for her help, and guidance. I highly recommend coming to this location, and Judy is a keeper! To the Field Manager, you should know that with Judy here, your business is in good hands. Thank you Goodyear!”

“Gotten all 4 of my vehicles new tires installed, along with new batteries. Staff is friendly, just make sure you set up an appt if not they don’t take walk ins, only on Saturday first come first serve basis. I also go every 5k miles to get all my of vehicles tires balanced and rotated for free, which is a great perk of having a Sam’s club membership since other shops usually charge for this service. Would recommend to go super busy when they open and shop around while you wait for your vehicle to be done. They call you when it is ready. ?”

“Always at the worst time I found a nail in my tire at 6pm. After calling around and being told no more appointments were available at different shops I ended up at Firestone Auto Northfield.
Despite almost closing, Anthony and the team quickly took me in and serviced my vehicle. They could have said no and turned me away but went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed. They exemplify true professionalism and I would absolutely come back again for my car’s needs.”
